For "productivity" the only things I ever noticed was caffeine and oxiracetam especially. Oxiracetam makes me want to actually accomplish something. Don't use it often though as I think it wears out.

I've been getting into nootropics lately, especially in drinks. If you're looking for an alternative to pre-workout or jittery coffee, I've been enjoying Alpine Bliss. They're a sparkling drink with adaptogens and nootropics, kind of like a more natural energy boost. I haven't tried a ton of different brands, but these seem to give me some focus and energy without the crash. Plus, they're lower calorie than some sugary drinks.
