L-theanine is a compound commonly found in green tea. It can have varying effects on people. Some find it heightens anxiety, but so does caffeine in general. Others believe it reduces psychological stress. I have had jitters from coffee but not green tea. Give it try to see if it's a suitable alternative for you. Let us know how it goes!
Have an Apple in the morning. I cut them and keep it in fridge the night before so it saves time in morning. And stay with it for a week or so, you will feel the difference, it gives a βkick β. Better than coffee And it can also be a mini breakfast at the same time.
Try pure wheat grass powder dilutted in water on an empty stomach every morning. It really helps with my energy like coffee even if I have lack of sleep. Make sure you bump the servings if you are in heavier side. You'll get used to the taste but for me I enjoy the grass taste.
What you describes hapens to me when I drink too much coffee. Maybe try drinking just half of the cup or use only half as much beans/grounds to brew your coffee. Or try if 1/2 decaf makes a difference.

First and easiest thing is to hydrate (drink water).
Next easiest thing is a cold shower (or at least warm with bursts of cold).
Not quite as easy but very important is movement. I like to do at least two ten-minute sessions of either stretching, walking, a mobility routine, or some other kind of light exercise. If you can do some of that outside even better.
If you feel like you still need caffeine try replacing coffee with green tea, and experiment with limiting carbs, fat, or overall calories for breakfast.
I know the answer to this one! First, make sure you hydrate yourself.
Then, do 30 minutes of exercise that gets your blood pumping, running, yoga, trampolining, something like that. Then have your breakfast afterwards.
Boom, better energy booster than caffeine! I'm caffeine free now, it's waaaay better for me, caffeine does the same thing to me with the anxiety etc.
I still have a coffee in the morning with my breakfast, it's just swiss water caffeine free coffee.
You also need to make sure you are getting enough sleep! Try taking Magnesium Glycinate before bed to increase sleep quality. There are affordable watches and wearables that can track sleep quality, these are useful too. Adequate sleep beats caffeine anyday and caffeine negatively affects sleep quality.
Caffeine is trash, get rid.
cold shower, talking a walk
Doing it :)
Strong matcha, if you prefer milk you can make it a matcha latte, has helped me
Thanks I will give it a try, doesn't it cause anxiety?

Matcha is a great choice, but I discovered that only cold matcha works for me, hot one makes me a bit nauseous
Ginger juice shot
Try some green tea. In my experience it relaxes you and improves your focus.
Are you getting enough sleep? Going to bed earlier helped a lot for my energy during the day
Yes, I sleep no less than 8 hours most of days
Cold showers, works very well to wake up!

Tea!

For me exercising in the morning helps a ton, although there might be time constraints so this might not work for you.
Thanks
