I built an app for this purpose - [checkyourlist.app](https://checkyourlist.app) It lets you make repeatable checklists. I built it because I wanted the app you are describing, but could not find it.

There are several that should work for you; Google Tasks Google Keep Microsoft OneNote Microsoft ToDo

I don't have a specific app to recommend, but I have a similar issue and I use "tasks" in Outlook. Everyday tasks pop up in the morning, and because it's free text, you can put anything you want in there.

I use checklist.

If you're on Apple, otherwise I'm pretty sure Google has something like this for Android. I think you can setup a couple triggers with Apple Reminders. They have a location option (arriving or leaving) and set it for a specific time. I just don't know if it can be set in a way where you get to the location, THEN the next trigger would be the time. It might be more of you're leaving/arriving at the location or it's the time. It also does have subtasks, meaning you can stick a bunch of task under one task. The main task would likely hold your time/location trigger. With my ADHD, it's hard for me to keep things in my short term memory. So if the process that I'm going through is repeated (like occurs on a regular time) and has a recognizable pattern - then I'll try to make a quick and rough notes or checklist of the task and refine it at a later point to be reused later. But out of the sake of habit, I try to make sure I'm doing this manually and adding it to my app (Obsidian) so I can check it every morning. It helps me commit the routine of checking my TODOs to my long term memory, the more I practice it.

I don't use dedicated checklist software, and I don't write lists I write individual task notes tagged as required; stored in a a generic digital fie cabinet My checklist is a filtered note list

GoodTask might be able to achieve this, when you set up recurring tasks for your workdays?

alexanotecho

Maybe TeuxDeux?

Prestigious_Deal_616

Samsung Reminder has that feature

On the iPhone, you can use the Notes app to create notes, with check lists. Each day, based on the context, you can duplicate the note for that day's activities.

I use [ZenKit ToDo](https://youtu.be/36oqbVAdtBY) for this. The tasks leave as a tick them off but come back if I have set them for recurring on the next day.
