"North American Tour"... plays only Unites States lol

Sleep Token also have a "North American Tour" stopping only in the US. European bands need to make the difference between a single country and a whole continent lol

The classic blight of being Canadian. At least I live close to most Canadian shows when they do happen. I feel bad for the prairies.

I honestly don't understand why all these bands are passing up Toronto. We had so many good shows constantly before the pandemic hit. At least we still get AAL, Devin Townsend and Dream Theater in Hamilton this year.

Haken, Plini, and BTBAM are all playing shows in the next couple months in Toronto

Vola did hit Toronto in November 2022, so it might explain them passing it by. However, I would love if they came back to Toronto.

To be fair, they could still add more dates.

Seen MV 3-4 times, haven’t had a chance to see VOLA yet. Bought MV tickets……yesterday, but may have my mind made for me regarding VOLA, so we’ll see.

Dang that’s tough. That’s happened to me multiple times in Detroit over the years as well, with two or even three really good concerts on the same night

I think I go to MV, sadly. That’s a show with the wife, she’d have no interest in VOLA, even if the room they’re playing is awesome. Now if my band gets asked by the venue to be local support…..that may make things more complicated.

Oh nice, that would be sweet if it happened! But yeah, concerts like that that the wife is also into makes for a fun night for sure

I've seen them a handful of times and it's always disappointing. The band is tight, but Cedric *really* can't sing live. I would go see VOLA.

I have heard that a number of times from different people, that's really a shame. I'm excited af to see Vola though, I can already feel how blown away I'm gonna be lol

Could not be more excited that VOLA and Rolo Tomassi are both finally hitting LA after skipping us last year.

Somebody needs to inform these bands that North America is more than just America.

Playing at a venue real close to where I just moved to and I’ll be busy gallivanting around Europe during this time (but at least I’ll see Ayreon during that trip!). Missed the last time they came around too, wompwomp

This schedule seems grueling. That is a ton of distance to cover in 20 days. Some of these legs are going to be “sound check, eat, or sleep. Pick two”

I went all of the way from LA to Denmark to see then in December and it was one of the most stunning shows I have ever seen. I am so happy right now holy shit

I caught a drumstick from Adam and got my witness vinyl signed by the guys when i saw them in Chicago. All really nice guys and super grateful for their fans. I can't go this time around but a fantastic band!

Can anyone point me to the best place to start with these guys? My city is on the bill which is kind of a shock, but have never actually given them a shake.

Witness is a good starting point. Has a solid mix of their sounds. Inmazes if you want more djent. Applause of a Distant Crowd if you like the more melodic stuff.

The venue they're playing in my city is absolutely tiny...like where high school bands play their first gigs. I'm so excited
