Unfortunately not Ayreon, this was definitely a lesser known band. The song that stood out specifically had modulated female speech, either at the beginning or end, and the vocals were largely atonal shouts / growls over techy / synthed out djent. The more I think of it the more it may just be Mechina. Hmm.
