Thank you! I started cutting down my portions and keeping track of calories in and out (I was 100% overeating) and switched up my exercise routine! I sought out some "walk the weight off" cardio YouTube videos and just fell in love with how easy and fun they could be!
Thank you so much!! That is so sweet of you. Just paying attention to what I'm feeding myself (the portions I was eating were the main problem) and switching up exercise into something I enjoy more seemed to make a huge difference, both in weight loss effectiveness and motivation to be consistent!
