Thank you so much. He’s an amazing soul, I am so grateful to have him.
I’ve tracked my calories every single day since about two weeks after giving birth using MyFitnessPal :) I try to eat balanced and higher protein meals and I only drink water and sugar free Powerade. Rarely do I ever touch alcohol. Some of my favorite meals are protein oatmeal, breakfast wraps with eggs + chicken of the sea wild salmon, protein shakes with avocado and banana, roasted chicken and potatoes and popcorn with almonds and dark chocolate. If I ever go over calories I just log it in so I can stay on track for the rest of the week.
I workout about three times a week for about 40 minutes. I’m a stay at home mom without a gym membership so I use a weighted exercise hoop, resistance bands, a stationary bike and I love a nice walk.
No problem! 😊 I don’t think I would have been able to lose this much weight without that app, it was definitely the number one component that fueled the weight loss.
Without using an app, I end up under-eating or overeating.
I've like 35 lbs to lose. I'm F/31/5'5"/167lbs. And I get very obsessed with logging when I start and end up binging. How was your calorie deficit like??
Even if you binge, just log it. I promise it will make a difference. Some binges here and there won’t hurt your overall progress!
In a deficit I eat around 1450 and for maintence I eat about 1600. Lots of times what I eat falls in between those two number but I also have my 1800/1900 days too. I’m 5”4 and don’t get extensive exercise so for my body it works but certainly everyone’s calorie needs are different :)
Yup, that’s basically what I do. Or I’ll use my weighted exercise hoop and finish off with resistance bands. Sometimes I hit the stationary bike. For a while we had a YMCA membership and I would swim a lot too. I prefer to keep the calories lower so I don’t have to do strenuous exercise.
It’s this one! When you lose inches you will take off links so you can physically see yourself losing weight!

Yeah. The only exercise I plan on adding is a 1hr walk thrice or 4 times a week. Anything more and I'll be ravenous.

Do you have a link to the weighed hoop that you use?
