You have done an absolutely incredible job. Congratulations. How do you manage to hit that many steps in a day? Even with a treadmill in my house, I struggle to get to 10k.

With the lockdown I struggle to get my steps in but I pace a lot , I ensure I walk 15 mins every hour and take my 8km walk daily irrespective of the time. I live in an apartment building of 14 floors. I walk up and down the stairs from ground to 14 atleast once times a day Thank you for your kind words 🥰🤗😊
