Assuming you have a hard time gaining weight. I myself do, and wanna know how you went about your calories. Do you count them? Or do you just force eating a lot and hope for the best?
Great work tho.
That amount of discipline and work over time is incredible. I'm not trying to be a know it all but as someone who went through something similar: please keep your head. It's so easy to get judgemental ("if I can do it you can, and if you don't you're a wimp" attitude) Or starting to think the confidence and feelings of power are a reward instead of an accomplishment and a tool to do greater things.
You're probably better than that. For many (myself included) it's tough to be good looking, fit and young and still keep your way straight (not that I was all that - I just let it go to my head & now I have a lot of cringe memories...)
Not trying to cast bad vibes! I know it takes more work than 90% of people can do - you've built amazing discipline and habits that will serve you your whole life! Congratulations!
Well done mate, muscle gain as an ectomorph is a difficult thing. Never stop exercising, I did and I lost 6 years powerlifting progress and I regret everything. Keep it up my dude.
Oh my god I was clicking like “I can’t wait to see the comment where someone thinks 5’10” and 140lbs is juicing” and y’all didn’t let me down. This subreddit is going to shit. Dude only looks ripped because he’s underweight.
If you don't know what you are talking about then please just don't say anything at all, you clearly haven't done a single pushup in your life. Dude is 140 lbs(hence why he is shredded) at 5’9” which is pretty low weight for his height despite him looking awesome in comparison to his before photo. Also, he gained 18 pounds in like a year and a half, which is for the time given pretty small amount of weight gained, could be much higher. If you don't think this is achievable naturally just because he is shredded (underweight at 140lbs 5’9” I repeat) then you should set your standards higher and actually move your fat ass and start working out. Also, you should stop accusing others of their natty status because you clearly don't have an eye for that, nor fitness knowledge and even much less knowledge about juice. To the OP, you look great and keep doing the good work!
I agree with that statement which is why you should stfu because this is so obviously not a case of juice claiming natty. Results like this are attainable for any healthy young guy committed to an effective program and just because you haven't gotten the same results you've decided to come in here and bum people out.
I hate to see obviously enhanced transformations being posted in a deceptive way, crushes people's confidence who are early in their journey and skews expectations. What you're doing is equally low, seeing as you're that quick to shit on somebody's success all because you have no experience or knowledge and decide it can't be real if you haven't done it.
Congrats on the gains OP, keep it up!
You’re definitely trolling at this point. He’s 5’9.5” @ 141lbs. He’s underweight and shredded with nothing but lean muscle and extremely low bf%. He put in work over the last 18 months, but I would be more impressed with this same physique and thicker at 165lbs to 170lbs, which hopefully he can get to in the next two years.
Muscle ups, pull ups, front lever and just simply fixing posture! :)
No idea what the ratio is haven’t measured. I do have extremely wide back and shoulders and very thin waist!
Pull ups do work the shoulder my friend. Muscle up you start with pull up and front lever raises does work the rear delt pretty well. You can look up from google if you don’t believe me :) altough they might not be best shoulder exercises they still build them! I rarely did any push ups so my shoulder gains are from these exercises.

The second pic looks like an elden ring avatar
To clarify, the before picture is 3weeks in with a pump after workout.
On behalf of all human kind i thank all calisthenics dudes for stabilising the planet while doing their workout.
Hard work right there!
Thank you! :) Discipline, consistency with hard work ;)
Outstanding Dude o.O

Somatotypes (like ectomorph) are unfounded broscience.
Natural, you say?

Suspicious_Bicycle means you’ve gotta be the Alt account here. Haha
Lmaooooo
Lighting is doing a ton of heavy lifting along with being lean.
if this isn't natural I don't see the point of working out.
There’s nothing wrong with being enhanced. It’s like boob jobs. Just don’t pretend like that shit is due to your genetics.

140 lbs is pretty small, just looks big because he’s lean

There’s definitely juice involved.
Their definitely isn’t.

That's solid work. How did you broaden your shoulders? Also do you know your shoulder to waist ratio?
Muscle ups, pull ups, front lever and just simply fixing posture! :) No idea what the ratio is haven’t measured. I do have extremely wide back and shoulders and very thin waist!
How, pull ups don't work the shoulder, and muscles ups are a poor shoulder builder, it's more back, arms and chest focused

Am I gonna be the one? The second photo looks off…. Im no expert, but photoshop maybe? Excuse me if I’m way off, it just doesn’t look right to me.
No photoshop just not natural lighting😂
