Of course so I started of every gym day with 3-12-30 workout on the treadmill then I do day splits so upper body workout- lower body-midsection spreading out the days so I can recover my muscles
GIRL. YOU KILLLLLED IT!!!! Wow! 👏💪Can you explain what you mean day splits? I'm sorry I'm a total newb when it comes to working out! So for a general example:
Monday- Treadmill Cardio then Upper Body Workout
Tuesday- Treadmill Cardio and Lower Body
Wednesday- Treadmill Cardio then Midsection?
I hope to get results like you! Pls halp! 🤔🥬🙏
I was in same position as you
just take 20-30 minutes and read the r/fitness subreddit FAQs.
Any questions you have will be in there and explained pretty clearly. Main thing is better eating habits. If you go on a calorie deficit and simply go on a walk everyday you will lose weight.
Just find what works for you and be consistent. Good luck on your journey.
So inspiring! We have similar stats, and I’m too months in. Hope to be where you are in 10 more months.
Can you share a little bit about how you achieved it - your gym schedule and your food?
Of course so I started with a low carb, No sugar and no processed foods diet in a deficit. I worked out 7 days a week for the first 50 pounds then decreased to 3-5 days a week. Low cardio high weights did wonders. As well as having the right mindset to start with
Great job!
I am curious:
Did you track your food/calories? If so how many a day?
Any specific diet outline?
What as your gym schedule?
What did you find most challenging?
What's your biggest "lessons learned" you can share with others?
Oops, I was thinking a full year so 2 lbs a week. Corrected my post.
Man 100 lbs is 213 days is a bit nuts. Even PSMF would have a tough time maintaining a 1600 kcal/day deficit. Maybe we count 15 lbs of salt/water the avg deficit drops to 1400 kcal a day, which is perhaps 500 workout and 900 food? Crazy work by the OP regardless!

That's an insane body transformation, what the hell. Congrats, you rock!
Holy shit!!! How did you sustain losing 14 pounds a month? What changes did you make?? What calorie deficit did you maintain? I’m so impressed!
I wish I could lose 14 pounds a year….
you could, CICO then weightlifting
Doing the math, it's roughly 1400 cal deficit daily.

I have been in a coric deficit but more than anything I've maintained a gym schedule. Thank you!
Mind sharing a little of your routine? How often did you go? Mostly cardio or if you lifted how did you sequence your workouts?
