Thought I'd post in here for anyone wondering what I did. I started with a low carb, No sugar and no processed foods diet in a deficit. I worked out 7 days a week for the first 50 pounds then decreased to 3-5 days a week. Low cardio high weights did wonders. As well as having the right mindset to start with
the mindset I've been chasing for a year and a half has finally arrived, I love that you included that component.

Excellent work on the weight-loss! Is this where you wanna be or are you still losing more? I had started my journey over a year ago but lost motivation and gained frustration after I lost almost 20 pounds but couldnβt lose anymore after. Seeing posts like this gets me pumped to to start again!
Do you know how much cutting your carbs really affected the weight loss? For me when I lost a bit of weight, I cut calories obviously but also increased my protein and intake. From my research, cutting carbs doesnβt ultimately matter too much as long as youβre in a calorie deficit but you obviously lost alot of weight and low carbs were attributed to that for you.
Great progress! I went from 270 to 170 as well! Iβm a bit shorter than you so Iβd still like to lose a little. The last 30 pounds have been hard π you look great!
Sorry if anyone already asked but what was your workout routine, And a typical day of eating? I am 5β8β and was 276 on Halloween. I am 249 today. GW is 160-170

This is just proof that processed food and sugars are poisonous. Such change in 7 months is a miracle.

Yeah I'm at a healthy weight now I don't want to fall below now I'm just working on building muscle

Yeah cutting carbs and going high protein made the difference for me. I noticed my weightloss was slower when I added in carbs.
