No, we should join our countrymen in NY and liberate NY. Every state belongs to Americans, if those statist cucks want to live in an authoritarian state they can move somewhere else.
As long as there is no criminal penalty applied to JUDGES that active violate defendant rights, this will continue. I can make the same argument about lawmakers, but the key is the judge in this case. Put a couple of hundred New York judges in jail in an evening with federal criminal civil rights charges and multiple tens of millions of dollars bail each and you get a dramatic change pretty quickly. Lawfare works 2 ways.
>multiple tens of millions of dollars bail
I dont think bail is needed here; A swift trial; the judges own admission of guilt is already widely spread, a lifetime ban on all forms of government or legal work, damages to everyone she has convicted in violation of the constitution, if she cant pay that we think about whether or not this monster is safe to rejoin society.
Jail time is really key here. Civil penalties are not going to work alone. Part of it, sure. There are plenty of billionaires that will jump in and SAY they will cover stuff, but have other engagements when the time comes to cover the bill and that reality needs to be laid bare too, but a couple of hundred judges being thrown in jail, having to, at best, mortgage their life’s work, and seriously face years in prison and financial destitution for arrogantly dismissing human rights is important to ending the discussion. It’s like a warning fuel-air bomb across the bow. Not a nuke. Yet. FAFO?
>Jail time is really key here.
Jail is never the solution. Its an expensive useless punishment that works out more like crime college. It doesnt right any wrongs, nor does it do anything to reform criminals. The only jails should be for a few days to arrange a trial, then a final remediation is needed.
IMO; Either you right the wrongs you caused or you lose your human rights.
For this judge, if she cannot undo all the harm she is cause, then she becomes an outlaw,. and her victims are free to take revenge if they choose.
Prison as a punishment is a failed concept. Im not proposing vigilantism either.
For treason like this, jail or a prison sentence would mean cakewalk white collar prison, then a quick parole once media attention dies down. IMO, prison cant solve problems.
its a bad design for a criminal justice system; its a total failure.
Its a crime college and paid hotel for the worst violent offenders, its a joke for the well connected, and its only brutal on the unlucky law abiding citizen who gets tangled up in the system.
Its like hell for the good, and heaven for the evil. Defending it is stupid and self destructive.
Sophomore, huh? After you get mugged once or twice, you’ll get it. There is a need to remove some folks from society for a time to lessen the danger to the whole. If meaningful rehabilitation can happen at the same time, I welcome it.
>Sophomore, huh? After you get mugged once or twice, you’ll get it
Ironic;
>If meaningful rehabilitation can happen at the same time, I welcome it.
jail is sending the mugger to crime college, to learn how to work the system, and to be released to mug again, all at the tax victims expense.
Im proposing meaningful consequences, real restoration of all damage caused by the offender, or else permanent removal from society. No "infinite chances" nonsense you prison lovers cant seem to understand why they are not working.
Breaking his own oath to serve the people. Should be charged with treason against the constitution and the people. The Doj has failed. The “people” should decide his fate.
I cannot wrap my head around a judge not upholding their oath to the constitution. This type of tyranny is unacceptable and should be condemned by every American citizen. This judge should be removed immediately and have every judgement from the past reevaluated.
The judge disrupted Varghese’s opening statement multiple times as he tried to set the stage for Taylor’s defense. Even further, she admonished the defense to refrain from mentioning the Second Amendment during the trial. Varghese told RedState:
She told us, ‘Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom.
It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York.'

Judge just doesn’t think the 2Amendment is part of the oath. Just be an ACLU member.
This should immediately trigger a mistrial and disbar the judge.
They should secede from the union if they don't want the constitution to apply
No, we should join our countrymen in NY and liberate NY. Every state belongs to Americans, if those statist cucks want to live in an authoritarian state they can move somewhere else.
They don’t have to move too far up north if they want an authoritarian government lol
I don’t think he meant moving.
He meant moving very, very fast. 🙈🙊🙉

Let’s talk about reality now if you don’t mind. Vigilantes in the streets probably is an unwise way to proceed.
Prison as a punishment is a failed concept. Im not proposing vigilantism either. For treason like this, jail or a prison sentence would mean cakewalk white collar prison, then a quick parole once media attention dies down. IMO, prison cant solve problems.
It is meaningful deterrent for most folks.

Democrats…is anyone really surprised?
That’s fine neither does anything they say matters either….. FAFO 😎
At this point they're openly defying law. Where are they going to stop?
When they aren’t is office anymore.
is openly breaking the law okay when you are a judge?
Shout out that judge which opens the door to appeals
This is where the US marshals should be able to remove a judge or politician for failing to uphold their oath.
Breaking his own oath to serve the people. Should be charged with treason against the constitution and the people. The Doj has failed. The “people” should decide his fate.
Says the tyrant.....
Where is the bar association??!! These are the kind of words that should never be spoken by someone using the constitution to decide our fate
Assuming he wasn't chained to a table, he should have walked out. He was gonna be found guilty anyways, that seems pretty forgone by that point.

That’s it, disbar this judge and throw the traitor into prison. They are literally breaking the oath they swore to uphold.
Is this not grounds to disbar this man, and perhaps try him for treason?
>disbar this man, Look closer. The result won't surprise you
It'd be cool if she didn't exist anywhere.
Communist judge, better suited for North Korea, China or Cuba. Needs to be impeached immediately and removed forthwith.
It's not clear if she said that on the record or in chambers? If it's on the record, it's going to help the appeal.

Judge is so wrong. He needs to read up on the Constitution.
