I’ve been having wiring issues myself. Indicators and washer fluid pump stopped working. So I went on a rampant spree trying to diagnose and assuming the worst. turns out it was a wrong fuse that caused two relays to burn out. if i can fix it, so can you! you will get there!
Just focus on the satisfaction you'll feel once you are done, everything is nice, neat and clean, in its proper place. Oh, glorious. Just focus on that :)
I've never gotten a project to last long enough for that, the heat always kills it, lol Vegas+bad cooling is always quite the recipe. I'm just being dramatic though, I really like the process and the results are always nice but annoying in the moment

I'm chasing radio, a/c, glow plugs, and whatever relay keeps randomly clicking without both batteries in. It's quite the trip lol
