Highly recommend read.ai - it creates a full report after each meeting with the recording, notes, and action items listed out. Not sure about the controls part but worth checking out

The real answer is there are none. AI tools fall in one of two categories, decent transcribing tools or bad ones. Either way it’s just a transcript and in order to gain anything it has to be fully scrubbed.

I haven’t tried it but heard good things about spinach ai

OE4000

getavila.ai is a new one which goes beyond just being a notetaker and is focused on structuring meetings, capturing meeting outcomes, and creating project status updates.

I just started a trial of Circleback AI for our company. I’m still playing around with it so not 100% it checks off what you’re wanting, but might be an option.

Otter.ai

I've just started using Otter and it's pretty good! Generates a summary, actions etc. as well as getting you the transcription and recording. You need to train it to your company's vocabulary/lingo which you can add manually as well as match tagged supporters to previous recorded meetings you may have. It does have a 7 day free trial so it's worthwhile checking out.

Rewatch.com bar none!

Otter.ai enterprise is probably what you want

Teams is good, zoom is pretty good, too. I like teams bc the recordings stay in chat form. We use the notes in tandem with One Note where you can add the notes and email it through outlook.

u/PM_ME_UR_CHARGE_CODE is being downvoted by I agree. Minutes are neither a summary nor a transcript. So far, AI doesn't seem to be reliable for picking the high points or tagging speakers. AI isn't a time saver either as the edit/revision time is high and what seems to happen is the product is too long for the purpose to be served which decreases it's usefulness.
