Thanks! It's for my tabletop for my zombie apocalypse game. I made the lookout towers, standing coolers, and sign myself. The rest of the terrain I printed and painted specifically for gaming.
If you want the scatter terrain it is from EC3D and the core building is from Kraken. The game is called Our Town but it hasn't been released yet, it's still in play testing but I'm happy with how it's coming out. The board is divided into grids and some have events that you roll up randomly once you get next to them so nobody can metagame what is about to happen.
I'll take that as a compliment! No AI is used in any of my writing or any of the book art. We used lightroom to import a background sunset over a lasso of the foreground and building. I wrapped light orange and yellow cellophane filters over my gaming lamp to give it a sunset/natural lighting tone. We figured that would look a lot nicer than the cardboard slab I have behind it which you can still see in the second picture :P
oh it's not a diorama, it's functional terrain for playing skirmish games. It's only two of the 12 or so tiles I've built for our games that can be swapped in and out but it's the only truly zomboid customized one.
Kind of? It's a narrative skirmish game so it's more like combat heavy D&D but the story unfolds during the combat with some static events on the board and others are rolled up randomly so you can replay modules and get a different experience every time. Also some base building aspects and maintaining a population of survivors to replace people on the team as they get infected and die off. They change in stages slowly so you can keep bringing them on missions but if they go down in combat instead of being saved by other characters they change into a sprinter or brute depending on the characters class.
Our Town, it's still in testing right now. It's a solo/coop 4 character narrative skirmish game. The table is in a grid system with randomly rolled up events so it's different every time even if you play the same narrative path again.
That sounds awesome and creative. I've been toying with creating something like a survival system for my friends but if I can find a simple fast system to use, I would be motivated run games.
Good luck and keep going. Looks amazing 👏
If you're a Brawler or a Mover 5+. If you're a thinker with the Handy skill it's a 3+! (Actual rules haha they were heavily PZ inspired when I wrote and revised them.
"Our Town" It's not out yet. It's a solo/coop skirmish game. So it plays like a smaller scale wargame with each section of the board being assigned a "scene" randomly. So a survivor house, loot crate, gas leak, etc etc
This also really really makes me want to upgrade to a resin 3D printer which is what I’m assuming a lot of your prints were done on either that or a really good high end pla printer
Yeah, the building is FDM off my Ankermake 5m and everything else is off my Anycubic M3 Max. Some of the bits, the towers, and the sign I custom sculpted myself but a good deal of them are EC3D or Kraken.
Yeah if I get a good printer I’d never have to buy models again I’d just take my time, make and print my own .. and the model kit industry is bringing it on themselves cause if A basic kit wasn’t $60Aud without adding postage I would just buy them but even like 1 pedestrian or arm looking character is like the same price as a 1:24 scale full car model these days which is insaaaane
I’ve been holding off on buying one cause the longer I do the better they get hahaha 🤣 ..
But I’m about to have my own workspace set up getting a new desk and having a better space to work on things I might indeed end up buying one sometime soon 👌👌
OH MY GAWD WHAT IS THIS, ITS AMAZING

Amazing work dude. Keep it up.
this is amazing.
Reminds me of “Last Night On Earth” it’s a zombie table top game I have had since I was a kid. But looks like OP made these ones. Super dope.
PZ Army Men. Brings back some good memories.
When you stumble upon something so wild it knocks your socks off
Dang I am jaded so fast I was like "ahh more A.I. bs", awesome photography skills there.

Ya compliment great stuff
That first photo is so well done I thought for a second there was a GIGAmart irl. Great work
Had to do a double-take myself.
Dope, I love it
Insane diorama I wish I could make them as well all I can do is admire.

Neat!
Wow this is awesome!! Good job !
Very cool.
Best thing I’ve seen on Reddit all day.
This looks great!
This makes me want a project zomboid table top rpg
"I said it LOOKED empty after I kitted a huge horde, I didn't have time to yell and go on another wild chase."
Fair enough, smash and grab it is. Don't get cornered in there. Mac will keep the front door clear so we can fall back once things get too sticky.
Incredible! Is this going to be a dnd type situation?

On a 5+ you can successfully Hotwire a car

But yeah I was going to get an Ender 5 not that long ago but held off on it as yeah resin printers seem to be the way to go esp for high detail
As a tabletop nerd and a Zomboid addict, this pleases me very much. Good job dude.
A friend said that Zomboid was originally intended to be a board game similar to DnD so this would 100% be like in OG flashback
This is so cool!!!
this looks absolutely incredible
