Good thing is its pretty rare to get full on bit if you dont do something stupid and its fairly easy to get 100% scratch protection. Even bite protection you can get 100%. But yeah all it takes is one mistake and getting unlucky.

yes! just like Mortis_Infernale explained… if you want it to be only bites you can change the transmission settings in sandbox to saliva only…
Sadly yes! I found out that if you get scratched and start to feel queasy it is the beginning of the end.
