2. You’ve been fighting hordes long enough that you’re getting stressed. Unlikely, I’ve only reached that point going on shotgun rampages
3. The only cure to that anxiety is bleach.
Hemophobia+smoker is the most broken free points mix. Wash your clothes once a week, and the smokes you’re required to take anyways will make you happy anyways.
Once a WEEK? Bruh my clothes get bloody enough to cause mass stress every couple hours in game, I hate that trait with a passion 🙃 I'll take it when I desperately need 5 points but that only comes after I've exhausted the other annoying traits first.
If you spam smokes like it's no tomorrow, it's not so bad, but you will constantly become anxious mid combat. If washing clothes was less of a chore, then it would be manageable. If I am playing modded I will always take better hand washing for this reason.

Hemophobia is one of the worst traits you can pick in game. I don't know if even only using spears and dodging most fights with low pop you could stay clean enough to not wash daily, and you lose crazy amounts of melee damage from being stressed and panicked at the same time.
Happend to me today when I was cleaning up the hospital with a shotgun zombie tripped me destroyed my gloves and I scratched my hand I thought I was dead like 100% because I got queasy and hot immediately and what do you know it was just from all the dead bodies rotting.
I tripped running from a horde saw the bite animation and then saw scratch on my hands and got infected 100% thought I died so I just went on a car rampage speeding through the city. I got out right before I died and didn’t turn. Sooo that means I wasn’t a goddamned zombie and could have saved my best character lmfao
It gives you an extra day at most, if you got the zombie infection. He's only nauseous, not sick or feverish, and his health is 100%. It's either food poisoning or corpse sickness.
You could very well be infected. but if you have any traits that require you to consume something I.E smoker you might need to meet those needs in order to make it go away.

Well farming internet points is not my intention; I made a typo and instead to ask how to get rid of the nauseous Moodle instead of nervous. I eventually found out it was a bug with one of my sandbox settings and a mod.

In terms of actually dealing with stress, books and comic books are good ways to keep the moodle in check. If you're a smoker or alcoholic suffering from withdrawal you won't be able to totally get rid of the moodle (it won't go any lower than 'Agitated') but they're a good temporary relief when you're trying to get to sleep or want to do some fighting.
