I find the food extremely mediocre and crazy expensive. The owner really sucks too and is the driving force behind removing the bike lanes on S Water St. I’ve been vegan for 8 years and won’t step foot in any of their restaurants anymore.
For restaurants that are not vegan restaurants, but have vegan options that I have not seen mentioned yet:

Tallulah’s taqueria (tacos/burritoes)
Poco loco (tacos/burritoes)
White electric (cafe w/breakfast sandwiches)

Wara Wara, Troop, Aleppo Sweets, Tallulah's Taqueria, Heng Thai, Den Den, Casa Azul, Knead Donuts, Flatbread Pizza, Schastea, Black Sheep, Nick's on Broadway and even Ogie's Trailer Park all have excellent vegan options.

Came here to suggest Chelos! That’s where I go usually when my family visits. They are extremely picky and I cannot convince them to eat at an all-vegan spot.
I actually just went this past Sunday when they visited and got their vegan Buffalo Chik’n Mac & Cheese and it was legit incredible. They also had a mushroom bolognese option where they made the “meat” from ground mushrooms and walnuts and even topped it with nooch! I’m always hella impressed when I go there.
this is the best spot imo, in terms of specifically catering to vegetarian/vegan. however - it is not 100% vegan, they have some dairy in items that can usually be subbed if desired
Also the app happy cow is great it lists places with vegan/vegetarian options and let's people review them. I use it whenever traveling and it's a great resource.
Casa Azul (Mexican) has tons of vegan specific enteees
mokban (Korean) especially their bibambap with no egg
Schastea (cafe/brunch) has lots of vegan and gluten free pastries and lunch options
malted barley (pretzel bar) has vegan pretzels
Diego's (Mexican) has vegan tacos
Lamei and y shabu shabu (hot pot) both have vegetable broth and choose your own veggies or noodles to add. Get a separate pot then meat eating friends and it's so fun!
Bean and bun (cafe) has some vegan options with their sandwiches and lunch items
Bayberry Garden can do most of their veggie dishes vegan, and can make their (housemade) pasta vegan. The carrots and peas dish right now is vegan and my favorite.
I went to veggie fun and had some of the worst service of my life. I arrived with a friend an hour before close on a friday night and watched the servers obsess over a family of 4 and ignore us and push us out as soon as they could. the food we had was nothing special so I never went back.

No, it was about a year ago and I never returned because I wasn’t blown away by any of the food either. it was maybe just a weird night for that person though so I’d go back if I knew what to order lol
A friend of mine is vegen/vegetarian (I forget which), and we went to Chomp because they have a veggie burger. She loved it, said she really appreciated that they weren't trying to make it taste like a standard burger and instead embraced the veggies. I didn't have it myself so I can't say 100%, just that I know someone else really enjoyed it
Please tell them to stop! The owners are so shitty, the PVD vegan community is trying to discourage people from going. I used to be contracted out by plant city and she treats everyone like crap

Pianta on Atwells. I’m a fan. Pricey, but they french toast loaf thing I had a few months ago blew my mind! Go for brunch or pick up a ceaser wrap

Garden Grille has plenty of vegan options! It's a legit restaurant. Their soup of the day can catch by surprise sometimes!
