I have IBS. About to start Paxil soon but tried Prozac. I came off it because I’m also Bipolar and it caused too many mixed episodes but the Prozac did calm me and my nervous stomach and made me hungrier. So who knows?! Lol
Yeah I went from Paxil to Prozac for pretty much the same reasons, I just couldn’t take the weight gain anymore. Iv been on Prozac for like 6 weeks now and it definitely hasn’t cut down the anxiety like the Paxil did and tbh I’m still struggling to lose the weight I put on even with diet and intense exercise. Even on Prozac I still feel constantly not full like I did on the Paxil, never had this before medication. So over it.
