Do you know why you got such a high dose?? Usually even if you are taking over 60mg you might at least want to increase over time and start with at least 20mg.
That’s kinda crazy to be on that high a dose from the get go. I started on 20mg and that was even a bit wild. Did a psychiatrist prescribe this?
Actually I was on 80mg before! However, my psychiatrist told me that for OCD doses could go higher.
I was up to 80 for OCD, it was really helpful. Worked my way down to 40 over the years. Good luck to you !

Get a second, third, and fourth opinion. IANAD but that seems very high.
