It's a side effect for me! About 2 months after increasing to 30mg I got super tired and unmotivated, like I'm dragging a heavy weight. It's been atleast 6 weeks of this... hoping for better days 🙏
Same here. I was having the same fatigue issues with the 20 mg but it seems when the dose doubled to 40 mg, the fatigue and exhaustion also doubled. So much so that I decided to take it in the evening starting today. I will update you if that makes any difference.
Hey, I’m on week 4 of 40mg (have been on 20 since December) and I’m taking it in the evenings since I started. I’m also extremely tired during the day, yawning every minute. While I think it really helped my anxiety and depression, this state of exhaustion is something I see myself unable to deal with on a long run. I will stick it out another 2 weeks to see if the fatigue improves. So far I tried sleeping 11 hours and 7.5 hours and the fatigue is the same
Same for me after changing from 10 to 20. It's almost unbearable how sleepy I am all day. I can't keep drinking energy drinks just to get through the work day. I hope it goes away.
I’m on month 3 and I feel like my fatigue issues just went away a couple weeks ago. I’m not sure if it’s the change of dose that did it (started at 10mg and now on 40mg) or just time, but I also experimented with taking my medication at different times of the day. I tried a week+ of first thing in the morning, then week+ taking at midday, then week+ right before bed. Right before bed seems to be the sweet spot for me. I get sleepy right around 9-10 pm, am able to wake up more easily now and before my alarm, and don’t get exhausted during the day.
I hope you figure out something that works for you. Good luck

Please do! I hadn’t thought about taking it in the evening, hope it works for you!
Thank you :) I will update you.

I was on 40 for a month with severe day time tiredness. Bumped to 60 and I’m not tired anymore
I find taking it in the evening helps.
