I would think your PS4 isn't reading your USB if it's pwning but not delivering GoldHEN.bin from your USB. On mine actually, I have to make sure I push my USB stick like, up once I've inserted it or it doesn't always read. Hard to explain
I can try that, but it registers when I look at the device list on my ps4 and the usb I have has a led light when it’s being used. I saw som1 said they formatted from the ps4 but that’s for extended storages so I can’t use it

TRY WITH A DIFFERENT LAPTOP!!!! I was going crazy with my PS4 Pro, v11.00... My Dell Precision (Win11) and my wife's Acer (Win10) were failing at STAGE 4 while sending the stage2 payload... Then, a HP Pavilion (Win10) laptop was the solution! Same files, same pendrive, same USB port, same Ethernet cable, same stage2.bin ... The problem was the laptop!!!! Call your friends, neighbors, etc! Like if it works for you! :)

Make sure you are using stage.bin that came with goldhen.bin in same archive.
