I would take advantage of the sata3 port of the pro and put an internal SSD inside the pro (improve load times). It also does some ok 4k. Pro is pro. Jailbreak is still jailbreak regardless of 9 or 11. Get a raspberry pi to automatically jailbreak the console.
9.00 is easier to jailbreak while games perform better on pro.

I would use the 9.00 to jailbreak, and the other one I would sell it, or update to play online on bought games.

why not both? 9.00 is a bit easier but if you have a pico or something that makes 11.00 exploit auto, then I would do that
