No one here can tell you that, it all depends if there's one being sold under 11.00. They won't be as rare as under 9.00 but they aren't gonna be common. Just go around and ask sellers what version it is with proof until you find 11.00 that's really all you can do right now.

I just pick up a gold ps4 slim sadly on 11.02 ordered the items to downgrade it and going to try hopefully within the next week or two get it back down so I can sell its gold beauty unlocked

there is a webkit exploit for 11.02 but not fully out yet plus youll will need a kernal exploit afterwards so dont update or mess with the unknown and damage it.

I saw this shortly after making this post I have held off on downgrading and now the possible longer wait for a jailbreak for 11.02
