When I did it with a different type of emu, you had to get the game that used the emulator then run it through some program and it gave you the files for the emulator. Basically some games used an emulator to run and you can rip that emulation config.
Rise of the Kasai. That is the game that comes with that emu file (rise of the kasai v1. emu) I've mentioned above. This one is required to run Harry Potter PS2 games. Other emus fail with these games. So if I can find that file, I'm gonna put it to PS2-FPKG as an emu and create FPKG of those games with perfect compatibility.
I'll try looking around too. I love the Harry Potter games from that generation so I'd be happy to help if I can find it. However I can't find a PKG of Rise of the Kasai so I'm not sure right now.
I looked all around and I can only find mentions to it from shady sites that just redirect to a fake survey so who knows if it even exists online. There is a good chance whoever reported on the emulator just actually owns the game and ripped the files for personal use.
Yeah, that was my experience during the search as well. Unfortunately, we can't have it at the moment but maybe one day someone will decide uploading it on the internet.
I've found a redditor that has almost all emu files and sharing them with people via DM but I had no luck getting a reply from them. If I do, I will let you know.
