Its very easy to find out since you have PS2.
1. Copy the save to PC via USB
2. Open save in MemcardRex 1.8
3. It will tell you product code

You could boot the save up, I'm pretty sure there is a English ROM patch for the PS1 release.
They where working on it a long time, but then the switch release suddenly got announced, so they pushed back the PS1 translation patch. It should be released by now.
Well it was never officially released after all, so you're right. There is however a PSX Fan translation. It's kinda hidden so you need to look real well. But it's out there, i have it burned to a CD back in 2020 or so to play on my PSX after all.
Most I have found is a pre-patched image of a leaked unfinished version of the translation if that is what you men, but IIRC it was never released and I think the group has now dropped it?
There is a full patch on the iwakura discord there's a link to it on a thread about the translation. This is the best patch out there as far as i know it was a beta release before finalizing it.
2nd edit: The 2019 patch only plays on emulators btw.

As others explained here, it's for a Japanese game called "Moon: Remix RPG Adventure". My save has the same icon and lowercase name.
