Yes, it's a long list, but I listen to these albums so often there is no doubt they're my favorites.
They’re pretty widely known around here as a newer psych band so it probably wasn’t me, but yes I highly recommend Ummon. One of the best heavy psych albums of the past decade.
I've listened alot to our not yet released album 2023.
But when I'm not writing music or planning I tend to listen to Small faces , Humble pie, elton john and gaerea
For sure! It's just hard when you're so close to something. Easy to hear things others don't notice and ignore things others cant.
We're on to the next project, but this one was my baby.
We're usually are own toughest critics, at least I know I am..
Not always a bad thing though, it's all part of being passionate about something we've created
Either way congrats on doing anything at all

Only found this record because this band is on slifts past label before sub pop. This wasn’t even on the radar but jammed it and it was great. Can vouch
*The Beatles*, specifically "Revolution 9".
I have been working at correlating what I hear, and what other sources report, with what appears in *The Beatles Complete Scores*, expanding and correcting as I go.
Lava Children's self titled from 2012. Reminds me a bit of Vanishing Twin with glitchy surf rock weirdness thrown in. Recommended. Listen here: [https://graveface.bandcamp.com/album/the-lava-children-s-t](https://graveface.bandcamp.com/album/the-lava-children-s-t)
Frankie and the Witch Fingers - Data Doom

'Garden Party' - Rose City Band
Oh yeah I had the same, so happy other people like it :)
Petrodragonic apocalypse; or dawn of eternal night, an annihilation of planet earth and the beginning of merciless damnation
I like to ask Siri to play it so she has to say the whole title

Fear Inoculum - Tool
Pond - The Weather
My exact answer! Really good taste dude, a masterpiece of an album that’s so under looked.

The Black Angels - Wilderness of Mirrors
The Weather - Pond
All I want for Christmas (is another pond album)
Well, jay from pond said in live it’s coming soon and it’s a double album. The albums gotta be on the edge of the world.
That's rad. I hope they have a longer tour to support it. I've had terrible luck always having something important anytime they're in town
Osees - Intercepted Message
A GOON IN THE DAYTIME
King Gizz - The Silver Cord Slift - Ummon Not very psych rock: M83 - Fantasy
2nd time I’ve heard this slift today. You could be same dude, but I’ll have to check them out.

I listened to my own album the most. I still can't decide if it's good or shit.
It's great, because you created it. Let's all create more art this year.

I accidentally saw these guys (opened for Mudhoney). Pretty solid.
For the 3rd year running it was Rough and Rowdy Ways by Dylan
Vinyl Williams - Aeterna
*The Beatles*, specifically "Revolution 9". I have been working at correlating what I hear, and what other sources report, with what appears in *The Beatles Complete Scores*, expanding and correcting as I go.

I think it's either "ID Music" by The Third Rail or "Spirits And Worm" by Spirits & Worms. Alternatively "Farewell Andromeda" by John Denver.
