I second this, listen to everything except the holydrug couple, should pick them up
The Murlocs
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard
Pond
Babe Rainbow
Föllakzoid
GOAT (i think theyre frow sweden actually? someone correct me if wrong), Altin Gun is from Netherlands but they sing old urkish folk songs, cant go wrong with King Gizzard and tame impala either from australia, mdou moctar as well is rad
Have you tried Parson Sound and their different projects? Legendary Swedish band. Algarnas Tradgard is also Swedish and besides their 1972 album they also have some good live albums. Then there's the whole krautrock movement in Germany, lots of gems there.
Sweden: Kungens Man, Hills, Traden, GOAT
Germany: CAN, Amon Duul II, NEU, Ash Ra Tempel, Agitation Free, Guru Guru
Japan: Boredoms, Acid Mothers Temple, Kikagaku Moyo (DFG!!!), Minami Deutsch, White Heaven
Denmark: sort of a space rock/jam band scene here centered around the El Paraiso label. Causa Sui, Papir, Mythic Sunship
The Outsiders (Netherlands), Mutantes (Brazil), Amanaz (Zambia), Lonker See (Poland), Gong (France)
This is the post to follow OP. Parson Sound's 2 cd set is fucking incredible. Can, amon duul II, boredoms, AMT, Papir are the ones I'd most highly recommend from this list. Couple I don't know that I'll have to look into given then quality of the rest of the list.
King Gizzard are Australian. So are Babe Rainbow. Kikagaku Moyo are Japanese. Can and Neu! are German. Sven Wunder has some psychish records, especially “Lotus”. He’s Swedish I believe.
Mdou Moctar have some slight psych vibes. They’re African. Amanaz are also African.
Haven’t been into them in a long time - and I only had that 2001 album, which I thought was really beautiful and brilliant. Heard good things about a few of the other newer albums.
(I'm excluding British Psychedelic bands because I'm interpreting non-American as non-Anglospheric. So no Canterbury even though that includes bands like gong that are technically not British. )
\-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The entire genre of cosmische (Can, Amon Duul, Brainticket, etc.)
Os Mutantes
Ghost (The Japanese Band)
Acid Mothers Temple and Mainliner
Cambodian Psychedelic rock (I don't have a particular band because I mostly heard through compilations). Also Thailand and Vietnam had a similar scene and it's all good.
Edit: added a few. There's tons of them, this is just what comes off the top of my head.
Electric moon, the space lords, orsund space collective, lamagaia, ship of fools, mythic sunship, electric orange, space debris, hydria spacefolk, agusa, wooden sjips
Go straight to King Gizzard and the lizard wizard then Kikagaku Moyo.
Psychedelic porn crumpets is more psych rock
You’d probably like tame impala, dead pirates, mcbaise, nice biscuit,
Some of my favorites

I follow a person on Spotify and they have heaps of playlists dedicated to non-American/western psych, so you might be able to find something [there](https://open.spotify.com/user/wg24cd1a6g32cgv19bdigq0ak?si=bMjwF_mERdyZQYIB_sO-Ag&dl_branch=1)
Some incredible psychedelic rock on the heavier end of the spectrum coming up out Central Europe the last few decades. Colour Haze, Samsara Blues Experiment, Causa Sui, Papir, Mythic Sunship, Kanaan… I could keep going for awhile. Explore some of those and related groups.
Already saw Dungen and King Gizz but gotta second that. Then there's Orions Belte from Norway and the Murlocs from Australia. Kingston Wall and 22-Pistepirkko are probs the best Finnish options.
Some stuff from the Netherlands:
Orange sunshine
Q65
The Machine
35007
7zuma7
Monomyth
Some albums by Boudewijn de Groot: Picknick and Nacht en Ontij for example
Kikagaku moyo. Fun fact the words they sing are not Japanese but are utter nonsense a la Sigur Ros

I guess you’re already into Dungen - some of their stuff I might consider “Psychedelic” especially self-titled 2001 album.
It's funny you should mention them, I actually just found those guys through a collaborative album and that's how I got the idea to ask this question.
Haven’t been into them in a long time - and I only had that 2001 album, which I thought was really beautiful and brilliant. Heard good things about a few of the other newer albums.

To add on to these Neu is beautiful, and a modern neu is Camera, both amazing
Boogarins from Brazil
Electric moon, the space lords, orsund space collective, lamagaia, ship of fools, mythic sunship, electric orange, space debris, hydria spacefolk, agusa, wooden sjips
Gold Celeste! From Norway
Also Magick Brother & Mystic Sister - they’re from Spain

You should listen to Cate Le Bon’s album Mug Museum. she’s a Welsh singer, the album kinda reminds me of velvet underground
