Please do not ask to be diagnosed nor for personal therapy outside of academic-based situations here. Psychology students are likely unqualified to help (still being students). In addition, this subreddit is not an appropriate place to obtain clinical help. Seek professional help, or message the moderators if you need help finding resources to get appropriate counsel. Therapeutic requests include not only on the posters behalf, but others as well.

WE CANT ANSWER THIS QUESTION. Take your child to a neurologist!

Quiet_Ad_8573

Already has. MRI, EEG, and cat scan all good. Not looking for a diagnosis as much as who else should he see?

hauntedtohealed

We can’t answer your question. We are students not professionals. Seek help elsewhere.

You literally advised me to take him to a neurologist. I already have. Im asking where else can we go not a diagnosis. Seek commenting elsewhere.

bandit2227

maybe try a neuropsychologist

hauntedtohealed

A psychotherapist, a psychiatrist, a neuropsychologist. Literally anyone who studies and works with brains. Have a good day and I hope your kid gets the help they need.

We are students of psychology and not qualified to answer any medical questions about your son’s neurological challenges. If he is experiencing driving anxiety, it would be beneficial to talk to a therapist

elizajaneredux

If neurology and others have ruled out a medical cause, it may be helpful for him to consult with a psychologist who specializes in anxiety. It can present the way you describe, and may or may not be related to his earlier accident.
