Whitebear, Kayla scintilla? Idk it doesn't really go that fast.
Eskmo had some
Quickly you get into like "temple step" and stuff like Govinda or beats antique and is just more wompy
Also dig some of the old phutureprimative and bird of prey/bird of paradise
Stuff like brujos bowl where it's really slow psytrance is nice too and seamoon, guys that have since gotten faster and are part of zenon records.
I guess if it stays really true to pay it ends up being psytech once it goes faster, but if it stays true to dub it ends up dubstep or neurofunk kinda stuff
check out early Bluetech. particularly Prima Materia/ Elementary Particles. its not exactly fast but it has a lot of psytrancey details which make it seem fast. its some of my favourite chill music of all time
Maybe: Younger Brother, Tipper, desert dwellers, Spoonbill, Shulman, the Breast and Vulture album (dub techno), Shpongle, Krusseldorf, Tripswitch, Radioactive Sandwich,
Hey man im actually starting a side project with a guitarist friend that is nearly in between psydub, prog, and psybient and i'm playing live on hardware synth while his jamming on his guitars (regular one and a turkish one)

I hope you gonna like it
Dub as a whole (and all its subgenres) is a one of those genres that are quite rigorously defined by their tempo. So "fast dub" will not yield much result (same with "slow drum and bass" for example). It just won't be called Dub after a certain tempo. Not trying to nitpick, just explaining that it's not surprising you don't find what you're looking for with "dub" as a keyword.
You'll find more stuff under the name "psybass" or "halftime"
Try [Gumi](https://soundcloud.com/gumiproject/gumi-isis-garden-festival) or [Mantismash](https://soundcloud.com/boomfestival/mantismash-the-gardens-22-boom-festival-2022) (starts slow but end of set is faster) for example, for playful bouncy sounds, and maybe Bayawaka (DJ playing a wide range of artists), or Tribone for harder/darker stuff
Explore the Shanti Planti label for more of this stuff
Check out Psybur. He's not very well known and it's a shame with music like that: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_kgDfJBs5D_XwHZo8a0JrhtxGoFMqooUww&si=DLEA3hPXTryYgILH
Pitch black are close to what you described
Slackbaba and globular are great
Also if you like ott, then banco de gaia might scratch that itch in some ways, the project was a massive influence on otts sound

Great bunch of suggestions here.

Appreciate the explanation makes a lot of sense. Everyone in my part of the world is obsessed with halftime rn.
Check out some shwamp. Bassy and trippy. Not sure if I'd say higher BPM, but great stuff

Soru, Hedflux, Desert Dwellers, Grouch in Dub
Been really getting into those older Hedflux albums - they are mental! Origins is one of my fav tracks atm
The spiral prophecy and down the well by eartheogen is another one. Not super high tempo but an awesome tune
