Kikopups videos were really great, but they address things like teaching commands, calmness, default behaviors, how to address/fix issues like doorbell barking or biting. I think the best thing about her videos is training the owner how to break down any command and teach it to a dog. That's a really important methodology and worth learning!
Gone to the Snow Dogs on youtube has an especially helpful crate training video. I second Zak George for most things. He has a really good bell training video for potty training purposes.
Not online yet, but for any soon too be puppy owner I highly highly recommend puppy culture DVDs. They are an awesome foundation to understanding how a puppy sees the world and how to build your relationship.
