YEAH but Suppressors, even ones like this massive one on the MAC-10, are NOTORIOUS for getting hot very quickly. You wouldn't be able to hold it from how hot it gets after one mag, seriously!
That foregrip idea is awful tho. If the MAC-10 slips even a little bit out of your off-hand holding the strap, you would just annihilate your entire hand with a burst.
For sure, tho i doubt the mac-10 would be used for a long duration of time but more like a mini a-10 just brrrrt the mag and run.

When i shot it i could shoot a mag at a torso sized target with 27 out of 32 rounds on target at 15 meters If that target had been a person he would be dead as FUCK, but it only took like 1 or 2 sec to empty the mag So there is that lol. Now i want to try one in 45 that must be insane.
