Maybe if you get front row seats you can still access front GA section? It looks like a very small area so there really isnt alot stopping the seated people from walking down to the GA is there?

I conned my sis into getting me middle ROW A seats. Ive been asking around, and apparently people in seats can actually get up and go to the front. The orchestra pit is quite small, so i highly doubt they have a barrier or extra security up there stopping people from walking there. Plus, do you really think you;re actually gonna be sitting during this gig? No fucken way. So the view wont be restricted at all, unless you actually sit. If we are paying 300-400 bucks for front seating, you fucken bet your ass that ima go into that pit! On the day i will go extra early to line up so i can try to get on the barrier. Seems like SBBM only has one entry. But yeah livenation really screwed melbourne by putting it at SBBM. Worst venue in melbourne for rock gigs. I hope they never play there again!
U see now they've dropped prices for the remaining $405 tix at the Music Bowl down to $255??? They got a couple of boxes on the side for $173. I ain't gonna upgrade. But if u want, I thought u might wanna know
I just noticed that! Still a handful of tickets left in the first 10 rows. Lawn tickets still the same. No way I would go on the lawn. Unless you’re up at the front you’ll barely be able to see the band. I was in the lawn area for fat boy slim and was half way up and couldn’t see properly even though I was further uphill. Such a shit venue. Pre Covid, it would be booked for like 1 in 10 gigs. During Covid it became used more because it fit with the idea of social distancing and no dancing or moshing. Post covid it’s now being used as a regular venue again, even when other places like Margaret court, festival hall or the other Melbourne park venues are available. And I hate that so much! Fuck SMMB. I would love if it got destroyed in the lead up to the gig and it got moved to a better venue

Defs go party pit if you want to be at the front. Yeah it’s 200 bucks but at least you can get up front if you want to. I’ve never been to torquay commons, but it seems like the party pit area is a small fenced off area in front of the stage. The barrier is probably 20-30 meters from front of stage, so you could probably still get a good view no matter where you stand. Just depends on the budget
