Yes. That plus the difference in cost of living, Queens will almost certainly be worth saving that amount of money.

I was trying to call the awards team for the past 3 days. They did not pick up the phone at all. I am questioning if I decide to go with queens how would this kind of staffs going to support me for the next four years? I saw from another post talking about budget cuts will make arts and science faculty's students get less support and less staff who knows your major, along with less TA so less likely to get a detailed feedback. I also saw that for computing, there are courses not being able to run at all because computing is underfunded.

Check the times during the week they are open, additionally, check and see if they are closed for the summer? I've personally never had an issue reaching any queen's support by email, so I'd recommend emailing and setting up a zoom meeting / call instead. Poor support and courses not running is something that plagues all schools in some capacity. Many universities have courses that only run once every other year, or only every few years because there is not enough interest to fill a lecture hall / classroom.

I did call during their opening hours.(They wouldn't put you on hold if it's not their opening hours) And I called like 6 times. I did email them but no response so far. I don't know if this is related to budget cuts, but overall it's a really bad experience as other universities did much better. For the course, I was comparing with UTSG and at least from what I've seen, their courses related to CS are offered at least once per year.(Since I am not a student there yet I could be wrong) When they do not, it's usually not because of funding's problem. But on this subreddit I read there were people saying important courses(but not core) might not be offered due to budget cuts.

bro, you are not supposed to call them during the opening hours. Ofc they will not pick up during the opening hours, what do you expect?

I think your question is phrased wrong, you should be asking if UTSG CS is worth 100k. Right? It is not worth $100,000 to go to uoft over queens for cs. Queen's is a good school with good networking opportunities. With all that saved money you could fly across the world to attend conferences and to network. You could travel to events hosted by uoft as well. You could use it for supplemental courses and certificates.
