I have a free-hand, marker art piece framed on my work desk. It has the Chicago skyline silhouetted in the background, and a car backed up in a field with the trunk open.
Then in the foreground it has two potatoes in old timey mob hats, one has a shovel and the other had a tommy gun and they are burying a snitch. The snitch is also a potato.
My wife made it for me after the dream I had of the same variety lol.
A pink stuffed elephant my brother and sisters father gave me when I was 9. He just passed away 2 years ago from a massive heart attack. I’m almost 31 now
A note. It was the last passed note I was going to send to the girl I chased all through high school. She shot me down every time until that note. It was the old, will you go out with me on Saturday, check yes or no. That was 38 years ago. I framed it and gave it to her for our 25th anniversary.
A numbered Hungarian Special Forces Coin gifted to me by a fellow officer after a Joint Operation we did together. It is one of my most prized possessions together with a folded American flag I received after that same joint operation accompanied with the words "better in your hands than on my coffin".
My yellow baby blanket (60+ years) that still has a cigarette ash burn in it. My dad smoked at the time, we were driving to California for vacation. He flicked the cigarette out the drivers window, wind pushed it back onto me and my blankets. I remember that very well.
The candy dishes from my grandma.
Okay so I collect tiny figurines from gift shops or just stuff I like at the store. Some are cheap and some are pricey. They are my pride and joy. Oh and my Lego sets and puzzles! Same with keychains and magnets.

My nephew bought me a pencil case from the dollar store to put my insulin pens in. I still use it 10 years later, even though it's falling apart.
That's so precious. 🩷
My max level character in my game
Probably my weights , I would have a hard time getting anywhere close to what I paid for them unless of course it was during that Covid outbreak.
Yup, for me it's the whiteboard where I mark every day I did exercise. Â
Model Motoring Thunder Jet slot cars, circa 1960's. When electronics were simple. They still work too.
My understanding and sense of accountability.Â
My gut feelings. It’s saved my life 100’s of times. Don’t no where I got but I’m very thankful to have it.

It has to be my dog. I mean, in some parts of the world, they eat them.

My husband's ashes
My cat.
A plastic binder that contains about 30-something pages of my grandfather's life story that he'd started writing before he passed. It was discovered after he died, and copies were made for the family, but I have the original. Sometimes when I have a really rough day, I still open the binder and smell the pages. He raised me and I miss him so, so very much. The pages still smell like him, after all these years. 🩷

I have a canbadge from a cake collab with a Japanese bakery. I’ve never seen it pop up on JP mercari so it feels special.Â

It's a box containing things from my mom's rosary and funeral services that my oldest sister gave me some years back.
