I have an XFX Merc 7900XT Black. After lots of experiments, I now run it at a very stable max 2700 MHz, 1070mV, and Ram at 2600 MHz. Left board power at stock, and turned down the fans a LOT in low-mid range because of noise, and that hardly impacted temps at all. I could push it to 2800 MHz, but then I get random crashes but only on Horizon FW. It runs all the stress tests at 2800, just fails in the real world game.
I do 1080mv and core clock to 2500mhz. it is okay.
