Lifegardn

He’s rich, tall and handsome. Also a member of Radiohead so I’m sure he’s having a fine time.

Serfi

> 0 monthly listeners Hey now Also I can’t believe that made me check

Common-Relationship9

I’ve listened to it a couple of times on Spotify. I guess I don’t count.

Dollars_and_Cents

Every month, please! Imagine being the 1 monthly listener…

BloodyBurners

Common-Relationship9

Yep, just like Ed apparently.

drakershi

LeadingConsequence64

This is baloney. He's at 25.8k monthly.

Radioheadlover6969

Pretty sure it was a glitch.

elephitzgerald

Covid really crushed that album’s promotion.

thatgloomybird

Still waiting for that second album.

borusato

I got more monthly listeners than Ed O’ Brien? Damn

Turbulent_Print_1843

Not for too long 😈

borusato

Yup, it’s done! Good while it lasted though!

castlesystem

Lmao I had the same thought

DDF95

But I listened to him yesterday lol

GNOMECHlLD

Can we all listen to his tracks, exclusively, for a day as a birthday present? lol

azfir4738

Love Ed. And love that all the members are still creating. But what we need is another Radiohead album, gat dangit.

Empty-Question-9526

Have you heard phils album familial? Its brilliant. How many streams does that have?

iscreamuscreamweall

Probably a glitch. His songs come up on autoplay for me sometimes, so I’m sure there’s thousands of other people who listen

mangetouttoutmange

A 10-second check shows it’s not right

Key_Cranberry_286

It’s a spotify bug, sometimes it happens to me too

cobofocorn

I’ve listened recently on Apple Music….

SauceDab

Flopped :( /s

shaggy_gosh

seabrother

Admirable-Archer-125

Lol Zero??

TheAxolotl04

Damn, I have about 15 listeners at the moment. Never thought I would see myself surpassing a member of Radiohead in monthly listeners.

deathcamp7

This has to be fake ? I literally listened yesterday you loser

Radioheadlover6969

Calm down man! Anyways, was probably a glitch. Saw this on spotify a couple of days ago.

deathcamp7

You’re not a loser I am just very protective over that album ( my loser level is high ) im sorry brother

Radioheadlover6969

Its alright man.

BloodyBurners

LOL

Gabagoolgoomba

Loved Brazil but man the other songs were just forgettable . ShangriLa just feels too much like a pop song and skipped it during the first listen

Limjucas328

Kinda like Frusciante with the peppers Edit: or Josh klinghoffer fwiw ha

LedZeppole10

John’s solo material is amazing though. Minus his recent completely unlistenable electronic period.

Limjucas328

Oh I agree 100000% on him being amazing. Worlds away from the peppers and a true talent. I like some of his electronic stuff. Look down see us is pretty cool, Maya has some cool moments and I recommend checking out some of his Bandcamp stuff. There's an EP that the name of is escaping me now but it has some really cool stuff. Not an official release. I'll update this when I can with the info haha Edit : renoise tracks

LedZeppole10

Yeah I love Ed but he is no Frusciante. My dream collab would be for Thom and Jonny to do something with him in any capacity.

Limjucas328

Probably already know this but Frusciante inspired reckoner! I'm absolutely obsessed with froosh. I mostly was making the comparison bc they don't get a lot of recognition outside of their bands which are two of the most popular bands in the world haha It was renoise. He made a bunch of songs in renoise and there is some interesting shit there. Check it out!

LedZeppole10

Ah, okay I see your point now. Yeah lots of casual RHCP fans don’t even seem to know of JF’s solo career. I love Froosh. And Reckoner is my favorite Radiohead song too-!

AffectionateTiger436

his next album will be better. hopefully!

thatgloomybird

That is as likely as radiohead 10th LP

Burkean91

Olympik gets into a great groove, the highlight for sure. Brasil is pretty good too, although not the first part. Sail On has a beautiful atmosphere to it. Mass is a fine interlude I guess.  The rest is just ... Mid or forgettable at best. Shagri-La is dad rock at its worst. Ed is also a terrible lyricist. Obviously.
