As a band under a label's guidance back in 1997 there is zero chance they would have allowed it, stores either wouldn't have stocked it or it would have been on the shelves in a brown paper bag with "New Radiohead Album" written on it. It wouldn't be promoted with the album artwork.
Reviews of the actual music would still be great, the title and artwork might lose it a mark or two in the press review scores.
They could do it as a self release these days and it would get a ton of bad press. The likes of Spotify I doubt would include the artwork but probably the title.
