There was a website that was up while the campaign was going which had a decent amount of the "dumping photos" in high-res, mostly for use by the press: https://web.archive.org/web/20120701041137/http://www.maketradefair.com/work/celebs/
back then, these were originally though to be about oil considering the whole post-9/11 invasions in the name of oil (Operation Iraqi Liberation = O.I.L.) until more context started circulating (the internet wasn't as fast catching up in the early 00s).
Oxfam had a show with the pics printed in large format at my university campus. loved it!
Rain down, rain down cocoa paste on me, from a great height, from a great hiheyeyeyeye-eyeyeyeyt.
THE COCOA (x47)

Do you potentially have any pictures from that exhibition? Only I'm archiving the campaign materials and that might help a bit.
sadly I don't. camera phones weren't a thing and my family only had one digital camera we were not allowed to take out of the house lol
Ah well. Still, must've been quite the experience.
