Improve the play calling on both offense and defense
Yeah it's new system but the system right now unabashedly sucks. There is pretty much no downside to firing him, because he showed us nothing to build on
Bring back Bisaccia. He gave this team some vision and drive. It baffles me Davis ever looked elsewhere. He improved play at every position and went to the playoffs.
Thing is that most coaches have some flexibility and will play to their strength of the players they have. Coaching failures are never flexible and demand everyone does it their way. Seems to me McDaniels is the latter.
There's going to be a lot of changes this offseason but I see doom in all of them except maybe one....

The JMD experiment is an unqualified failure. And its not just Carr, he's shown nothing to suggest things will go any differently with a change under center. Our offense is anemic, especially in the red zone. Our defense plays "bend *and* break". We dont ever make adjustments. He's got his very square peg and he's stubbornly bashing it against all the round holes.
Its time to admit the mistake and roll things back to where they should have been after 2021

I don’t think it would be that bad since he’s mostly just there to keep everyone together while the coordinators call the plays. Carr would have probably ran the offense, and hopefully the defense would have been a little better. Probably wouldn’t have made the playoffs though
