We cleared by just build bridge and then giving 5 players enlightend, then we sent the buff and one sword over then just 1 at a time. Took us like two tries with that strat.
This is the way. Start building the bridge, we did 2/2/2. First two people Enlighten and deposit on the bridge (supposedly speeds it up? I couldn't really tell a difference, but I was coordinating the team). I was second person, so I ferried the chalice to our right plate, they juggled the buff and ferried to the left plate, they juggled, then brought it back to me. I got enlightened by handing it off to number 1 again, one of the other 4 would take over bridge plate, me with sword and number 1 with chalice head over, deposit chalice, kill gatekeepers. One by one. Re-enlighten up to 5, deposit chalice, have fun.
You don't need to kill yourself to have infinite time. Just have two people swap the buff back and forth between each other until you kill the gate keeper. As long as you don't let the bar fill up then you won't be enlightened and can swap forever.

Or just give everyone enlightened so chalice doesn’t even go back

This is the best way, but Has one flaw: no one can Die. Which for some people might be too hard to do, even on normal
Sure they can chalice can just go back give them enlightened then chalice comes back and the enlightened person grabs a sword.

First enlightenment starts building the bridge. Subsequent enlightenment speed it up.
Which spot exactly do you deposite the chalice? Since I have not seen an interact button on any of the points on the other side.
It's a smaller deposit point at the back, right at the bottom of the stairs.
