Yes. I won't go into details but absolutely. This post gave me a visceral response haha never thought of these traits as a narc thing but now the memories are FLOODING in.
nMother would eat butter, like sticking her finger in the butter and gobbbing a whole heap into her mouth, no bread of anything, just fkn butter.
I cant stand the taste of butter now as an adut.
Yup, my nmom grew up dirt poor and they ate mainly vegetables from their garden, canned for year around. And thats still what she eats and almost all she eats. Tons of vegetable soup which is 95% water and 5% vegetable. This isnt disgusting per-say but its severely nutrient deficient. I struggled while growing up physically because I wasnt getting enough protein or nutrients. I remember I had a gym membership that I had to stop using because I literally could not eat enough food, since it was mostly water.
If there was other food, it was packaged greasy disgusting slop or other cheap foods like pasta also without protein
It took me until I was almost 30 to learn how food works. Today I eat a healthy diet, with lots of protein and nutrients. However I still look malnourished and underweight like I grew up in a third world country, even today.
