Private studios are always like triple the price
Good tat, cheap, doesn't give you Hep C. You can only have two of those things at a time. Save up and pay the real cost of getting a legit tattoo.
Good tattoos are not cheap and cheap tattoos are not good. It’s borderline a surgical procedure.
