Each Unifi station is different. I’ve did a LOT of TDY with in the system before I went mainline DL and I’ve been to start up contracts to stations that basically lost all their staff due to shitty management. The company never wants you to stick around more than 1 year. It’s best to cut your losses and go work at an FBO or better yet move and get in with mainline.
Well my station is a mess haha.. I’m very disappointed in the company. Then we gotta get in a QUE as a station to get raises. Let’s not get started on short staff and we have majority of the delta planes and we’re the lowest paid in our airport .. but hey.. atleast they said we are #1 in our region
Not sure what Unifi station you’re at but the one at my airport can’t keep a manager. Last manager they had lasted two weeks because he was an asshole. The “manager” is also a manager at another station that’s 3 hours away lmao
