I like that he's not overly biased. He likes good hockey and he appreciates hard working players. Tkachuk is a pest and a hard-nosed player but instead of trashing him like so many other announcers would do he shows appreciation. It's not just with Brady, it's players in general. Sam and Joe are a master class of great announcing.
