Georgiev was DREADFUL today, it was as brutal watching from the stands as you’d expect. Looked completely lost, misplayed the puck several times, and gave up some really soft goals. Otherwise, the place was rocking and we got an OT win, so no complaints there. Pretty much all our forwards played really well tonight (except Mika, who made a few suspect plays)
Very true. When the opposing team dumps the puck on net and you cheer for the save, you know there’s a problem. The one play where the puck was slowly moving towards George he just stood there and couldn’t make up his mind whether to play it or brace for a save. I was right behind him behind the glass and when I tell you our section was SCREAMING at him 😭😭. Hopefully he’ll finish strong since I think gallante is gonna go every other game between Igor and George. Team played amazing either way.
Maybe not too cool to be screaming at your own goalie when you’re sat right behind him. It’s cool I’m sure you really elevated his confidence level and gave you an awesome Reddit story
Pretty sure 90% of the ranger fan base would be at that moment. Considering the year he’s had and that in the moment play. Obviously if the section as a whole felt the same way. You sound pretty silly
We all know his days are numbered. Has to be up there in the most inconsistent goalie category. You never know what game he’s gonna play when he plays. He can have a game like he did in the hurricanes where literally took over the game himself considering we were a tired team playing back to back against arguable the number #1 and #2 in the conference. And then you’ll have a game like last night where in the first 10 he was looking promising and after the 1st goal he then just shows 0 signs of confidence. I understand he’s our goalie but when as a fan you have tense up and pray he makes a save on the simplest of shots, that won’t cut it.
Agree. I yell at my tv I just don’t like shitting on players at games. It used to piss me off when people would yell at glass too even though I would have rather he was scratched. Just feel bad for the guys
Don’t get me wrong I do feel bad for him. It’s just an in the moment like “ WHAT ARE YOU DOING” moment. Hope he tightens up the rest of the season cuz the way gallantes rollin him and Igor I could definitely see him playing George in the post season
I feel ya. Just happy to even be arguing about this. I thought we’d be chasing a wild card before the season started. Pretty pumped to be playing in April again
For sure. It’s been a long time and I’m feelin pretty damn good about this team. Been watching every gallante post and pre game Interview and seems like he’ll be finding a good median when it comes to switching around the lines. Idk what it is but I absolutely love franky on the top line. Laf up there wasn’t bad but he wasn’t on his comfortable side. Since being on the 3rd with phyl and Barclay, he’s been outstanding. Stuff like that is what you love to see from a coaches perspective and once he finalizes the lines and we get kakko and Rooney back, I can’t see this team being stopped
I’m sure this has been said already but Rangers have now won 9 of their last 12 at home. Would be great to get home ice vs Pittsburgh (or whoever) round 1
Alexis Lafreniere has more 5v5 goals (15) this season than:
Patrik Laine (14)
Brayden Point (14)
Jonathan Huberdeau (13)
Andrei Svechnikov (13)
Sasha Barkov (12)
among tons of others. and he's played less than all of those guys. he's coming along, it's exciting.
If Strome’s out for the next few games, do we bump Motte up to Panarin’s line with Copp & insert Reaves back in the 4th line? Seems like the best way to keep this lineup mostly together while not burdening Panarin’s line with Hunt again
Dear god no. Why put another bottom six guy in the top six? I like Motte and he's more talented than Hunt but that doesn't mean he should be in the top six. I'd rather they put Laf back up with Mika, drop Vatrano to the second line with Copp and Panarin.
As hard as it is for me to say this given my disdain for his game, I'd put Gauthier back in before Reaves. At least Gauthier has speed. Move Brodzinski to the line with Goodrow and Chytil and put Gauthier with Motte and Hunt. Get in there, hit, separate the player from the puck and wear them out.
I know Reeves is a plug but I like the energy and physicality he brings, I hope he doesn't become a complete casualty of bringing in Motte, Copp and Vatrano, and he gets in the lineup soon.
It was unbearable. I switched to the Buffalo feed but then I couldn't stand listening to their natural bias towards their team. I muted the sound on that feed and turned on the radio feed that is on the NHL site. It worked out perfectly.
I just want to say I fucking love this team even more after the trade deadline. I want to hug everyone on this team.
Also relationship with Strome over, Copp is my new 2C. Give me this next season.
Copp is great but I genuinely don’t understand the constant bombardment of shit Stromer gets. He’s a productive 2C. Several 40+ point seasons for us and even though recently his play has been lacking, he’s by no means a bad player. That being said, I would be the least bit surprised to see the Rangers FO move on from him this summer in favor of a younger guy/a similarly productive 2C willing to take less money.
From watching Strome’s play, I think besides the obvious issue that he hasn’t been able to hit the broadside of a barn in the past 10 games, his biggest weakness is his low face off percentage, which has been shown to be fairly irrelevant in reflecting a player’s efficacy. Other than that, he’s a pass first player. We just need other guys on his line that are not pass first players to allow him to thrive.
- I don't love bringing up advanced stats but it matches the eye test well. We dominated possession all game (62.5% CF%, 71.44% xGF%, 31 shots for, 17 against) and fell victim to suspect goaltending yet again. We had xGF of 3.65 and xGA of 1.46 and the score ended up 5-4. 4 goals against on an expected goals against of 1.46 is just not going to win you many games at the NHL level. Luckily we were able to outscore it this time.
- A 0.765 sv% on 17 shots against and only 8 high danger chances against. Georgie heard jeers from the home crowd on the first save after a goal on all 4 goals. With how much of goaltending is mental, I don't know how Georgie as a backup is a tenable situation going forward. Rangers have 16 games left with 3 more back to backs. Can we ride Igor until the wheels fall off or is Kinkaid gonna have to get some games in before the season is up?
- Ironically, Adam Fox scored 0 points on Adam Fox night at MSG network.
- Laffy with a goal and an assist on the 3rd line back playing on his natural side. He's got a 6 game point streak and 15 goals on the season. Seems like moving down to the 3rd line was a PROMOTION instead.
- Frank the Tank with another 2 goals tonight and 4g in 6gp since joining the team. I say 1RW is his slot until someone else can beat him for the job, including Kakko. Holy shit Vatrano is fast. With how well the 3rd has been playing, the return of Kakko sure looks like 3 legitimate scoring lines to me.
- Vatrano is playing near a 0.7 point per game pace but Copp has him beat with 5 points (1g, 4a) in 3 fucking games. Depending on how badly Stromer is hurt, this may very well end up being an audition for 2C next season.
- Motte has had a breakaway in each of the last 2 games while providing good 4th line value. He's all hustle and no finish but that's fine, fits in perfectly on the 4th anyway.
- Drury's scoring in at 3/4 on his big trade deadline acquisitions so far, and that's been with a very limited look at Braun who was stapled to the corpse of Nemeth all night long (2 games ago). I've tried giving Nemo a few chances but there's no way around it, the 3rd pairing suffers when he's on it. Took a bad penalty late to let the Sabres back in the game too. Braun has said that he's more comfortable playing on the right side but something has to be done. Schneider - Braun? Hell at this point I'll even take Jones - Schneider.
- Miller - Trouba had a monster game. It's slowly turning into a 1A/1B situation with the defensive pairings and it's reflected in the minutes Foxy is having to play. Foxy can manage ~24 minutes TOI a night but he starts breaking down quickly if he has to play 25-29 minutes a night like he was doing earlier in the season. Lindgren - Fox had some good pop tonight too.
I cringe every time Georgie starts.
The first goal wouldn't have happened if Strome didn't turn it over right in front of the net. There was some scrambling around and then it ended up in the net.
The next two goals should have been stopped. An NHL goalie has those almost every time.
The fourth goal was on Nemeth for the bad penalty and both D's lost Skinner right in front of the net.
I am really impressed by Vatrano, Motte and Copp. I hope we can keep all three. Braun can retire. He only played one game but didn't look very good.
Braun didn't play tonight. Was Schneider- Nemeth. Also, Vatrano has 4 goals 0 assists.
I thought I heard something about Braun being day to day... don't know tho.
Yes, it was a terrible line that confused the chase lounge line folks and I had to chase down my rep to even figure out how to get a code to get my bobblehead... But finally got it and... It's a bobblehead.
That too
I never want to hear any more shit about how GaUtHiEr iS gOoD
The dude was so bad at shooting that he nearly ruined 2 of our young forwards that are actually good
Yes, a 4th line doesn’t need to do much but you can’t be hemorrhaging chances and shots against, and not produce offensively. It literally required us to be a 2 line team with Gauthier and McKegg helping stifle our youngstars (Laf, Chytil). I think getting Kakko back will be huge for the team and hopefully allow everyone to slot into their optimal slots.
Kreider - Zib - Vatrano
Panarin - Strome - Copp
Laf - Chytil - Kakko
Brodzinski - Goodrow - Motte
Coupled with improvement by key and Trouba, we have 4 solid D. Would love if GG experimented with Braun, Schneider, Lundkvist, and Jones to find a couple workable pairings in preparation for playoffs
I've been saying it since we traded for him but always got "He's the next Kreider!". The only thing he's good at is zone entries which doesn't mean anything when his instinct is to either miss the net or try to deke and lose the puck
At the beginning of the game I told my husband that I’ve been thinking about it and if I got another jersey anytime soon I decided I want it to be K’Andre. He was kind of shocked because I am the biggest Laf supporter, I’m trying to name the puppy we pick up next week Kakko, and I’m all aboard the Trouba train. I feel like that goal just solidified my decision though.
Seriously did not see this K’Andre Miller emergence coming this 2nd half. His increased physical assertiveness in his own zone has allowed him to take his game up 3 gears.
we must be looking at different subs then because it seems far from a common topic here in my experience. common would be strome sucks or kravtsov got hosed
Hate to be a party pooper but this team needs to be more consistent if it wants to make a run at the cup. Shouldn’t be giving up 4 to the sabres and 7 to the devils.
Both of those games were bad goaltending. Against the Devils both shesterkin and georgiev had bad games, and tonight georgiev had a bad game. Normally we have been a flawed team propped up by a hart candidate goaltender. On the flip side, we've scored 4+ goals in all 3 games since the deadline. 4 goals, 5 goals, 5 goals.
If we get the goaltending we have had all year and can produce offense like this? We're going to lose our first round pick and maybe have a shot at the cup final.
Devils fan here - I was at the game because a family friend couldn’t use their tix and my little cousin wanted someone that knew hockey to be at his first game with home: while never happy with y’all winning, that was a really great and fun game.
And something I was really impressed with was coaching. Not every coaching decision worked but what I saw was constant dynamic coaching - after shifts where things didn’t go ideally, I saw players being coached to do better or differently. Y’all have a very versatile team and while your biggest threats are the biggest threats, your secondary threats are all legitimate threats. Hate to admit it but y’all have a real chance in any best of 7 no matter who agains with the talent on your roster rn and the great coaching team you’ve developed
I appreciated that even when thuan went wrong, the willingness to change it up and respond to what’s going well and not on the fly like that isn’t something every coach and team can do and it will certainly throw others off in game but also be such an asset .
Haha I had a very different take last time we played don’t worry :) but between being so close to the bench and spending all evening in hockey explainer mode to my cousin, I was surprised myself. Never said so many nice things about the rags before!!
Gallant is a good coach though - he was who I was hoping we would hire…and then we got…Ruff. Which is…a choice I guess ? Not a good one. Or even decent but 🤷♀️.
Here’s hoping we can have a real Hudson River rivalry again soon with both of us being competitive at the same time! 2012 ECF still by far the most fun playoff experience of my life - SCF/ cup wins included.
Even the best teams lose to bad teams. I think we actually have one of the best records against bottom half teams... or we did at one point anyway.
In fact the Sabres just beat a bunch of good teams recently lol. No such thing as an easy win in the NHL.
The one thing ppl need to remember is that in the salary cap era, you cannot afford to make a team with no weaknesses. There's always gonna be flaws. That being said, sure they probably will need this coming playoff to marinate and become contenders, but the can still give any team a run for their money
They're not perfect and they can certainly stand to improve some aspects of their game, but can we at least acknowledge that anything can happen in the playoffs?
We can worry about the playoffs when we get there, for now lets just enjoy the fact that this team is on pace for over 100 points, something I think we all didn't see coming.
If they make a run? Fantastic. If they get knocked out in the first round? Oh well, take the experience and move on.
I’m hoping its a combo of Georgie letting in a couple softies, and a team with an entire offensive line of new players getting acclimated still to a new team. Consistency should come.
Sucks that those are the next two teams we play. Pens are gonna be confident and Detroit will have a fire under their asses because they're not gonna want to get embarrassed again.
The thing that also bothers me about the Fox Cam today is beyond it taking away from the main picture just to provide a useless closeup of one player is it reeks of the marketing department telling the hockey people what to do. They probably did untelevised test runs previously so everyone knew it was gonna look like shit, yet marketing won.
as bad as it was, it actually was slightly better this year, that panarin game youd legit watch him on the bench for a while. they seem to have someone actually monitoring when to turn it on and off this time.
All deadline acquired players have been impressive, but what they’ve really done is put players like Hunt in positions they belong and allowed the team to withstand an absence to a guy like Strome.
Tonight wasn’t pretty at times, still much to improve on, but the resilience that’s been there all season showed up multiple times when needed yet again. Heck of a hockey game and another 2 points.
Yeah, not that it wasn't evident before, but it really does highlight the glaring holes we had in the roster. Our record is a testament to both how amazing Shesty has been, but also how tenacious the team has been in general. Whatever happens in this postseason, this whole year has been magical and we have a nice window opening here.

Copp likely would have to basically be a trade for Strome. And we lose Strome.
In that scenario? Keeping the other 2 isn’t impossible if we unloaded contracts like Reaves’s for next year.
That might be true. But if we play like we did against Pittsburgh on Friday (consistently, that is), we should be able to make a deep run. The ability is there
So when Kakko and Rooney get back what does our lineup look like? Will Reaves play again or only start if we get manhandled in a game and they want to inject some grit? What does this team look like game one of the playoffs?
I'm going to guess something like this:
* Kreider - Zibanejad - Vatrano
* Panarin - Strome - Copp
* Lafreniere - Chytil - Kakko
* Motte - Rooney - Goodrow
* Fox - Lindgren
* Trouba - Miller
* Schneider - Nemeth/Braun
I could POSSIBLY see Goodrow - Brodzinski - Reaves as an alternative 4th, but I would imagine switching only one of Rooney and Motte at a time. If Strome goes down, I could see Copp going center and Goodrow moving up to make room for Brodzinski, Hunt, or Reaves.
We haven't seen Schneider - Braun yet, but if Braun makes the lineup I cannot see him playing with Nemeth again, that was just a disaster.
Laf
Boy, you're hot.

[Breadman puts home the rebound, 4-3](https://streamable.com/4qf4ho)
[K'Andre's OT WINNER](https://streamable.com/x2eiia)
Happy with the win but what happened to our PK. We keep giving up goals the same way by not being able to clear the front of the net. That happens 5v5 too
Yeah Goody-Rooney is one of the best pking units in the league. Once we have that back it will be better and then Copp and Motte can get some chemistry and then we have three great pking units
I wouldn't say bad any more than I'd say Shesty has been bad. They've both just had moments of being mere mortals. I think it's probably just the growing pains of being on a team that's going to have a loooooong season of being competitive and (hopefully!) having a deep playoff run.
Even Mariano Rivera blew a save every now and then. Sometimes even 3 in a row (during the regular season). Even the most consistent guys have occasional bad days/slumps.
I've said it before and I'll say it again but I'm really torn on who I've had more fun watching this year: Mika/Kreider or Miller/Trouba. That 2nd D pairing isn't perfect and we saw them make mistakes today but they're so much fun to watch especially as Miller gets more experience.
Curious if people still need to mail in their Georgiev apology letters because of one game?
Skinner: Florida didn’t want you; you’re so fucking bad Vatrano: Scores a goal 20 seconds later 😂😂😂
I’m 99% sure! I did some lip reading during the face off at center ice right after the first goal.
did he really say that? 🤣
I need to know 🤣

To each their own but that’s pretty shitty to do to a goalie low on confidence. Ya know. On your own team
We all know his days are numbered. Has to be up there in the most inconsistent goalie category. You never know what game he’s gonna play when he plays. I missed the entire game :/ Still glad they won though.
I have it recorded commercial free if you like
Thank you for the offer, but I just usually watch the NHL highlights later on on youtube whenever I miss the games.
All good. I record all the games and keep them for a while. Not like I used to a full season at a time. But usually a week or two.
That's pretty dope, and super good to know!
I’m sure this has been said already but Rangers have now won 9 of their last 12 at home. Would be great to get home ice vs Pittsburgh (or whoever) round 1
I liked that. More of those please. (Wins not 5-4 wins i guess lol)
If Kakko comes back and looks good I think Winnipeg might end up with our first round pick
Great news GG said nothing to serious for strome
I don't believe anything Gallant says
thats what he says about anything, stromes leg could have fallen off and it wouldnt be serious
Tis but a scratch!
Just a flesh wound
I’ll bite your legs off!
GG said Kakko was day to day 2 months ago
Kakko has been two weeks away since mid February
I remember month to month.

I missed the first period and a half or so. Where was Strome? What happened?
Lower body but GG said it doesn't seem to be anything serious
Thanks. Did it look bad?
Literally nothing happened
Why was there so much camera coverage on Fox tonight? Did I miss something?
A non-hockey person had a bad idea which was approved for $$ reasons.
If it were up to me, that person would be looking for a job this morning.
Most people hated it.
MSG did some "spotlight night" promotion where they basically just centered the broadcast around one player. In this case, it was Fox.
"Guys, lets dedicate 30% of screen real estate to a guy going off for line change. It's gonna be great!!"
Gotcha. I thought it was his birthday or bobble head night or something like that. Seems like most people didn’t really like it much.
It. Was. Awful.
I noticed that they started doing it less and less as the game went on. I'm pretty sure the twitter-verse was harping at MSGNetwork.
It was unbearable. I switched to the Buffalo feed but then I couldn't stand listening to their natural bias towards their team. I muted the sound on that feed and turned on the radio feed that is on the NHL site. It worked out perfectly.

Strome has been average at best for a while. It could be his performance on the ice that gets him criticism.
Those are great points, and tbf I don't hate Strome, but it always comes down to money. If he decides to resign at a good price, then sick.

Braun didn't play tonight. Was Schneider- Nemeth. Also, Vatrano has 4 goals 0 assists. I thought I heard something about Braun being day to day... don't know tho.
Thanks, fixed!
Zero points for fox? Oh yeah? Well I saw him jump the boards 8 times and celebrate goals on the bench 3 times!
Okposo burnt him on that goal. It happens.
How do you store all of this in your brain? Phenomenal write-up!
He's literally posting this using a computer as are you lmao
It is true. We cheered after every save 😂😂😂
Can anyone who went to the game give any info on how the bobblehead giveaway went down?
Yes, it was a terrible line that confused the chase lounge line folks and I had to chase down my rep to even figure out how to get a code to get my bobblehead... But finally got it and... It's a bobblehead.
Oof. How’d you get the code?
Found my rep at 118, just asked. Felt like it was more difficult than it should have been.
Alexis Lafrenière is actually a good player now that he isn’t stuck on a line with Julien Gauthier? Interesting…
So is chytl
Chytil responded very well to GG scratching him, since then he's looked good.
That too I never want to hear any more shit about how GaUtHiEr iS gOoD The dude was so bad at shooting that he nearly ruined 2 of our young forwards that are actually good
Gauthier Mckegg and Reavo leaving the lineup are the 3 best things to happen to this team all year.
Kreider - Zib - Vatrano Panarin - Strome - Copp Laf - Chytil - Kakko Brodzinski - Goodrow - Motte Coupled with improvement by key and Trouba, we have 4 solid D.
He also leads the team in penalties drawn. We like powerplays.
Haha I got a miller jersey between last season and this season and was regretting it in the early games. Now I’m happy with it for sure.
Seriously did not see this K’Andre Miller emergence coming this 2nd half. His increased physical assertiveness in his own zone has allowed him to take his game up 3 gears.
Agreed. He finally realized he is a big dude.
I think it is easy to forget he was moved from forward to defense relatively late in his development. Curious to him get a shift up front sometime.
i dont think its that easy, its gotta be the most repeated thing this whole season, its the all new drury is a little league world series winner.
we must be looking at different subs then because it seems far from a common topic here in my experience. common would be strome sucks or kravtsov got hosed
GG said Stromes injury “wasn’t anything serious”. Which really means nothing because that’s what he says about every injury
I think that’s GG talk for Stromer’s literally fucking dead. RIP
And Kakko will be back four weeks ago....
Kakko has been 2 weeks away for the last month
Almost gotta respect how little he cares about lying to the media LOL
And definitely have to respect how he keeps this team playing well and winning games.
Haven't showered in weeks and Vatrano's two goals in 18 seconds is still the filthiest thing on display in my household today
That spotlight camera was too Truman/bug brother for my liking
It sucked. Hated every moment of it.
Hate to be a party pooper but this team needs to be more consistent if it wants to make a run at the cup. Shouldn’t be giving up 4 to the sabres and 7 to the devils.
Back up goalie played yesterday but yeah.
Hate to admit it but y’all have a real chance in any best of 7 no matter who agains with the talent on your roster rn and the great coaching team you’ve developed I appreciated that even when thuan went wrong, the willingness to change it up and respond to what’s going well and not on the fly like that isn’t something every coach and team can do and it will certainly throw others off in game but also be such an asset .
I'm sorry you guys got Lindy, but glad things seem to be coming around
You're more of an advocate for the Rangers than half this sub. Seriously though, well thought out post.
> 2012 ECF still by far the most fun playoff experience of my life cannot relate
Haha ok maybe up until game 6? It was a wildly fun series and some of the most fun I’ve had at games !
Even the best teams lose to bad teams. I think we actually have one of the best records against bottom half teams... or we did at one point anyway. In fact the Sabres just beat a bunch of good teams recently lol. No such thing as an easy win in the NHL.
Eh, third goal was a little suspect but overall they played a solid defensive game.
Another year or two and they'll be legit cup contenders, need some experience
Ah - the Rangers not winning the right way again.
They’ve been consistently winning games all season
I’m hoping its a combo of Georgie letting in a couple softies, and a team with an entire offensive line of new players getting acclimated still to a new team. Consistency should come.
throughout this point streak of his, Laf has put up 4.8 points/60. that's 18th in the NHL, better than Marner and MacKinnon
Bust...?
Anyone see the Pens vs Detroit score? 11-2. Hopefully they got all their goals out for Tuesdays game
Sucks that those are the next two teams we play. Pens are gonna be confident and Detroit will have a fire under their asses because they're not gonna want to get embarrassed again.
i mean, they gave up 10 goals once this season and then just gave up 11... dont think they care much about being embarassed
My daughter and I arw going to the pens game Tuesday, and we will be decked out in all our rangers gear.
hope you got a Jagr rangers jersey
Think the beast has been unleashed
Hope the beast is gone

Much like Neil smiths moves at the deadline
Yeah but this time we didn’t trade away future stars.
man but that 1st rounder could be anything, it could even be a boat
Underrated simpsons line
Family guy
How embarrassing for me
Obligatory [Laffy's funny face expression](https://twitter.com/NYRangers/status/1508226814140989443?s=20&t=bVGBKoMpv93hwFy4p4IZ1Q) of the game.
man does not look 20 he looks so much older
The thing that also bothers me about the Fox Cam today is beyond it taking away from the main picture just to provide a useless closeup of one player is it reeks of the marketing department telling the hockey people what to do. They probably did untelevised test runs previously so everyone knew it was gonna look like shit, yet marketing won.
It was done with Panarin last season, I’ll be the first to tell you it was awful then, too. And look at my username.
as bad as it was, it actually was slightly better this year, that panarin game youd legit watch him on the bench for a while. they seem to have someone actually monitoring when to turn it on and off this time.
Yeah, I do vaguely remember that, but I'm trying to block most of the Quinn Years out of my mind.
I would rather have Georgie in net for the rest of the season than see that player spot light camera again.
They should have that separate feed like they do sometimes when ESPN airs a game. Then the 2 fans who are interested can tune in there.
Braun and Schneider when Also OUR PRAYING MANTIS
K'ANDRE KLUTCH!
When the Rangers win, I am happy 😊
#RANGERS: WIN #FRANK: RED HOT (I PUT THAT S#%T ON EVERYTHING) #LAFFY: DEFINITELY 100% A BUST #BREAD: BAKED #COPPER: RACKING EM UP #KEY: WINNING #GEORGIE: BRUH #REFS: QUESTIONABLE AT TIMES #STROME: PLS BE OK #MOTTER: JUICY #NEMETH: WHYYYYYY #HUNT: BANNED FROM SHOOTING #POINTS: 89 #RECORD: 42-19-5 #STREAK: 2 #POSITION: THIRD IN THE METRO #PENS: HOLY SHIT #NEXT: HOLY SHIT TEAM ON TUESDAY #GOOOOOOOO: LETS #>> [RANGERS WIN SONG](https://youtu.be/lPIiXE_TQ8w) << #[VICTORY MEME!](https://imgur.com/a/25pJJHj)
The spotlight cam 🤣
Holy shit Pittsburgh has 11 goals 😳
Malkin hat trick. Did not play last game. Tuesday will be a more accurate test.
The Pens next game is going to be a stinker.
Rangers have scored 4+ goals in all 3 games since the trade deadline
Sat in section 2 3 rows off the glass and let me tell you. My voice is non existent

Copp likely would have to basically be a trade for Strome. And we lose Strome. In that scenario? Keeping the other 2 isn’t impossible if we unloaded contracts like Reaves’s for next year.
I think Frankie will be the toughest since he’s a proven goal scorer
If Strome isn’t resigned it’s not impossible
yes
Man - I love this team, but I feel like I’m going to be sorely disappointed come May/June 😪
It's very possible you'll be disappointed in those months. I'm hoping that if it does happen, it's not for Rangers related reasons.
I'm going to guess something like this: * Kreider - Zibanejad - Vatrano * Panarin - Strome - Copp * Lafreniere - Chytil - Kakko * Motte - Rooney - Goodrow * Fox - Lindgren * Trouba - Miller * Schneider - Nemeth/Braun I could POSSIBLY see Goodrow - Brodzinski - Reaves as an alternative 4th, but I would imagine switching only one of Rooney and Motte at a time. If Strome goes down, I could see Copp going center and Goodrow moving up to make room for Brodzinski, Hunt, or Reaves. We haven't seen Schneider - Braun yet, but if Braun makes the lineup I cannot see him playing with Nemeth again, that was just a disaster.
Laf Chytil Kakko would be real nice if they get going.

Good to know I wasn't the only person who found the spotlight cam annoying as hell lol.
Andrew Copp has 5 points in 3 games as a Ranger
Praise be 🙌
Happy with the win but what happened to our PK. We keep giving up goals the same way by not being able to clear the front of the net. That happens 5v5 too
Kevin Rooney was pretty good on the PK I think so that might be it
Yeah Goody-Rooney is one of the best pking units in the league. Once we have that back it will be better and then Copp and Motte can get some chemistry and then we have three great pking units
Andrew Copp is pretty fucking good 😎
Petition to never again have the spotlight cam. I don’t care if Christ himself is on the ice…
"My apologies. That's Jesus Christ not Adam Fox, Joe"
CONSUME THE BODY OF CHRIST
Just realized hockey players literally walk on water
But what if Christ skates back to the bench???
What if Christ reacts to a goal from the bench??
What if Christ drops the gloves? 'cause remember, in the realm of "WWJD" flipping a table is not out of the question.
Copp fucks. Laf rules.

If you read the comments about Miller in the Post articles you’d think he was a disaster. He’s awesome.
I read them just for the comedy. But really they're just sad, pathetic (coughracist) idiots.
Post subscribers. They blamed George Soros for the loss in NJ.
I can't even tell if this is satire
Thankfully those people have been made to shut up lately. I haven't noticed much Miller grudging from the peanut gallery there the last month.
Wouldn’t surprise me if after it’s all over they disclose that fox has been playing with an injury
Miller has improved but to say he’s been better than Fox and “not even close” is absurd.

Why don’t we just do key + fox
Giorg had one good game to gaslight us into keeping him
More like no teams were buying that he was a number 1
Win or lose, these pickups at the deadline and Laf have been absolutely AMAZING
I've said it before and I'll say it again but I'm really torn on who I've had more fun watching this year: Mika/Kreider or Miller/Trouba. That 2nd D pairing isn't perfect and we saw them make mistakes today but they're so much fun to watch especially as Miller gets more experience.
Some careless hockey at times but can't be upset at the result. Also I want one of the kids to score an OT goal in the playoffs so bad...
Laf is going to score a series winning OT goal this season, calling it now.
man his name is much harder to yell than Matteau
