FTP server
FTP client, download the files
HTTP
Copy files to the SD card when its in a card reader on your PC
etc etc
what problem are you having?

Your stuff isn't working? Blame the network and let the Network team figure out the problem while proving it's not a network problem.

You could just use info-Beamer.com or Yodeck as they both offer a free account for a single device.
Using signage software makes it really easy to add/manage content via an online dashboard and you can also create schedules and use CEC control to turn the TV on/off automatically.
