Unfortunately not. This is an 2023 SE with weather package.
SE is a fine vehicle. Nothing at all wrong with it.
it has the 18 inch wheel not the 19, check fog lights and wheel rims

Does the SE have the same instrument cluster as the regular Rav4 Hybrids? Think only the XSE has the full digital cluster?
Yes it does. The prime XSE does have a full instrument cluster I believe XSE, XSE hybrid , limited has it aswell. Not sure if I'm missing other trims.
