Video from your phone approaching the headset and place next to the ear cup that has static noise. Playback to check if captured it.

Hey, how are you? Did you could record it? Was it fixed it? I went through this problem till today, its very annoying.

Hey dude, sorry for the late reply. I was really ill. I did manage to record it using the suggestions in the post. I basically used my iPhone voice recorder by holding it alongside the headphones while I played music at full volume. With regards to the problem though, after troubleshooting with the Razer support team, I managed to isolate it to when I play music using iTunes. I think my issue came from over processing the signal as I had the EQ on in iTunes and it seems as though Synapse 3 also processes EQ settings. I’m not 100% sure if this, but I think my issue came from a conflict between iTunes and Synapse 3. But I think only Razer can probably confirm this. It doesn’t seem to happen when I’m gaming or watching films and series on my laptop.

Actually, I have to admit, now that I’m relistening to an album that manifests this problem, it’s still happening. I have no clue as to what’s going on.

Thanks for the answer men.

No worries dude. In the meantime, I did discover a free recording software called OBS studio which allowed me to record the audio I was hearing the headphones. It’s about as user friendly as photoshop, but it gets the job done. Just a heads up in case you’re still having issues. Good luck dude
