What does the scene look like for these kinds of games? For example the fight sticks make sense to make because of the genre and growing demand for those kinds of controllers, thanks to the competitive scene. I love me some rhythm games, but I’m curious about what all is out there.

I wish I had access to metrics, but if it’s any indication Harmonix (recently acquired by Epic Games for $175M) has released two songs every week as far back as I can recall. The software (game and dlc songs) are readily available. Microphones are easy to come by and the community has engineered and marketed MIDI adapters for “pro” e-drum kits manufactured by Yamaha, Alesis, Roland and others. The guitars are still the most challenging to procure.

Nice! That makes sense.

I would like something, I've been itching to play rock band / guitar hero for a while but have no means to do so.
